“damn I don't speak English I went there, the receptionist did the buking for me, it was supposed to be for the same day, she put it a week later, I was almost out of battery, I didn't see the error at the time, I didn't understand why she didn't release the room, but When I got home I realized the mistake but now they don't want to refund my money..”

“Easy straightforward online booking system, much better than IHG/Holiday Inn or Premier Inn. Called the front of house reception for some information, call answered promptly and professionally and answered my questions.”

“I have been charged for 2 rooms which I didn't mean to book and I cannot get a refund. I feel that your booking system is not clear and being visually impaired, I feel that not be able to get a refund for an innocent mistake is discriminatory. I can't control my visual impairment and do the best I can, but I am human and make mistakes. Thanks, Naomi”

“Booking was easy until I got to putting in my address. I have an Irish postcode which autopopulated BUT I also clicked to enter the address manually. However I was prevented from moving to payment until I removed the postcode. It wasn't obvious what the problem was. And the country kept defaulting go UK. It's a hotel chain. There shouldn't be an assumption that everyone wishing to book a room is from the same country!”

“Rooms very clean and comfortable and relatively quiet . Didn’t hear traffic noise. However bed and pillow a bit hard . Facilities ok if you want Macdonalds , Costa coffee or Burger King - nothing else available .”
