“Immediately contacted them after booking the wrong date and had to pay £10 to change it, or lose the money altogether as there was no option of a refund. Just seen the question below 'how easy was it to get a refund' - YOU CAN'T GET ONE so I will probably not use travelodge in the future.”

“it is what it is, simple, clean, and affordable...only annoying thing is when the booking form remembers your details and you go ahead and book another stay .. it booked my dog in too and this visit i wasnt taking him and you cant get refunded for extras”

“Learnt my lesson the hard way when had to cancel a booking due to a last minute change of circumstances. Absolutely no flexibility or understanding from the helpline and will not use Travelodge again in future. Shame to lose a previously loyal customer.”

“I love staying in the Travelodge as it’s so convenient and perfect for myself and my dog. It feels really clean, safe and reasonably priced. I have never been disappointed. Staff are always really friendly especially with my dog .”
