Bit dated, bathroom should be modernised.

I have been out my flat due to repairs and the Travelodge was convenient for work. The staff were great, the room was adequate. I would suggest a chest of drawers to put clothes in - it could easily fit under the desk. Also, proper bars of soap, as often the dispenser in the shower didn't work, leaving you to lean out the shower (spraying water everywhere) to get to the hand-wash in the sink. The food was adequate but way overpriced.

Clean room but very hard mattress and pillow meant poor sleep. Very quiet room. Good facilities on site

No hairdryer. No milk. considering it was Covent Garden it wasn’t very nice. Building site for a view. Not nice when it’s your birthday treat!

I found it very difficult to book a room, when selected it would not proceed to booking eventually I was able to book.

I do think that when you’ve bought a saver rate room there should be an option to amend bookings NOT cancel but amend without losing all the money. I don’t mind paying an admin fee but I don’t feel it should be lost altogether. If it’s more than a month before stay. Please think about this. Then the other option that is not saver rate could be for cancellation or amending free up to day before.

Booking was straightforward until it came to pay, It took around five attempts and I almost gave up, I gather there must have been online problems on the day.

I foolishly booked 2 nights on the wrong dates at a cost of £111.98 but quickly realised my error and few hours later modified my request. These dates were available at £89.98. You have taken the modification charge of £10 but you have taken the £111.98 instead of £89.98. This is not fair. Will you organise a refund

Booked an extra night the day before our original stay and cancelled the early check in we had purchased on our original booking. Quite disappointed that the £10 it cost for the early check in is non refundable....not impressed.

Booked this hotel the day before arrival at a reasonable price so I decided to upgrade it. I paid the extra money and booked the room. I checked my confirmation email which said I had booked a standard room. On arrival the person at reception said he had no super rooms available so I had to do with the standard room despite paying extra. So beware when booking with Travelodge

I'm a loyal, long-term customer, and was dissapointed to receive a parking fine at your Walton Central branch carpark. I carefully & thoughtfully positioned my vehicle neatly by the very small overflow, across from the main park, with the reception registration receipt properly displayed on my dashboard! £60 fine for a 71yr old pensioner has left a poor impression on your parking arrangements at Walton Central.

We stayed at Milton Keynes at the hub and the welcome was not pleasant we turned up early to ask about the limited parking and were told to return at 3pm which is fair but then returned at 3pm to be told all parking was full already? Surely they knew that earlier? Besides this everything was ok staff at restaurant and bar were lovely. 5am the next morning woken by a man trying to break into his room it was that loud we thought it was our own room. Told the lady on reception and she was going to investigate. The noise was from 5am-8am. There should be a number for contact straight to the front desk from your room so you don’t have to go outside and confront these people before seeing someone at the desk.
