We had trouble finding this Travelodge as we were looking under Gonerby Moor. Since booking I've received 2 reminders to complete the booking, despite having a confirmation email, SMS and invoice email which is confusing.

Everything was very good apart from a very firm uncomfortable bed

Despite the dozens of emails I received about rooms at £34, I could only see an incredible increase of prices around London.

I have stayed in many travelodge (around 15) in the past year. Disappointed that they vary so much in price and quality with no correlation between the two. At least you know roughly what you are getting though from the booking info, staff are friendly and there are so many there is usually one in a location I need. Easy booking process although prices fluctuate wildly and seem to get more expensive closer to the date of stay which seems odd. One step up from a youth hostel but in some cases not as clean or give as good value for money.

A hair dryer should be put in the room, instead of ask for it at the reception. Needs a few more hangers in the room. Needs 2 chairs in the room.

It is such a shame you raise your rates so high when you know we as Veterans require somewhere to stay the night before we proudly march at the Cenotaph

To be honest I've stayed in this Travelodge in Redhill a few times and I always found it pleasant, this stay was just awful I was awoken by an awful banging noise 3am the two nights I was there so was awake for the entire day, whilst conducting business, this was great. I was told it was the gym next door. The receptionist said she would arrange some travel credit vouchers in my account to date , nothing, so I am visiting again and hope I don't get that awful loud room 411! I will speak to reception as well.

Poor basic value for money. Only booked for convenience and close proximity to daughters home

At this point I can only rate the booking process - I haven't yet stayed at, or even been into, any of your Hotels. I have to say that I found making the booking was unbelievably tedious. The form was not laid out very well, and when I realised that I was not going to get quite what I wanted and tried to make a correction, I had to start all over again from scratch. The terms and conditions were a major read, paragraph after paragraph after paragraph. and I was quite inclined to abandon the booking and try elsewhere. I hope that my actual visit will be more satisfactory.

Easy booking and check in. Bed very uncomfortable dipped into the middle and noisey guests throughout the night. Very bad nights sleep

I am really disappointed that you have changed your on line booking so I cannit book an accessible room. I am expected to phone the hotel and ask for an accessible room. What happens if there is not one available? It is too stressful for someone already struggling. Please restore that very helpful facility.

I am using Travellodge every week for my brother who has been thrown out of his house by his estrange wife. Each week the costs keep going up on Average by £10 why do the day rates keep changing? The cost is what brings the score down. Every thing else you do is fine.

the booking process kept being interrupted by an incessant request for space on my disk- which i did not understand and took 7 or more clicks to get rid of between every step of the booking WHY? DAVID GASKELL

Travelodge hotels are great. The booking website is unreliable and difficult.

I hate that every time you look at a Travelodge hotel, it has gone up in price. A total scam! You can't always book instantly, especially if you're travelling with friends. You tell them a price, go back on and it's gone up by £12 per room...or more. Dynamic pricing is just a way of ripping people off. A shame as, otherwise, we love Travelodge when we just need a comfy bed/room for a gig etc.

I can only review travelodge experience of booking as I have not stayed at the property as yet. It was easy to book Travelodge online however I tried to find a way of letting them know I would be a late arrival - only one of the phone numbers provided worked at that at a premium price while the answerphone gabbled on at my expense and then it was just an answerphone. There seemed to be no online ability to notify them of my late arrival or to ask questions.

We booked a family room for 2 adults 1 x 4 yr old 1 x 2 yr old and a baby. The room was of good size but not very child friendly. A boiling hot heater next to the bed and TV should have been on the wall. We had the room for 3 nights but the bins were not emptied at all. They were very small and contained soiled nappies, they should have been emptied daily. Overall disappointing but would go again if the issues were resolved.

Excellent value for money overall yet there are big differences between the quality of their different Hotels and that makes it hard to know what to expect when you get there. Some of them are great, some quite poor. Also, the WiFi situation is silly as regards to only receiving a free half hour a day. I must add that they have Hotels in fantastic locations and their staff are usually very nice.
