Great location but poor room replenishment of cups,tea,coffee towels etc.on second night. Could do better.

Due to the crazily variable dynamic pricing, sometimes Travelodge is moderate value, sometimes downright bad value. This time my room was very spacious but in summer with no Air Con can get quite hot. Being near the road not great to leave the windows open. Clean, bed and pillows fine. Teeny TV looks a bit funny nowadays....time for an update!

I tried to book a one-night stay in September but the system gave me a price for a date in June instead. When I changed the date to the correct one the price shot up from around £59 to almost £104. I can understand you wanting to sell vacant rooms a little cheaper but the increase I got was rather extortionate !.

Generally good value for money. Generously sized rooms, clean and comfortable beds. Downsides are breakfast at 8 weekends which is too late for us. Also, a need for more twin rooms.

The website is very good and easy to use,however how travelodge can up the prices whenever they think your interested in staying at a particular hotel is wrong

There is an anomaly of missing 'options' in the 'billing' page when logged in to "my account" which makes it impossible for anyone living outside of the UK to make a booking. If living outside of the UK you must NOT be logged in to "my account" in order to make a booking.

Booking procedure was fine until payment. I had to create an Apple pay account and did not seem to be able to just pay with a credit card.

Tried to book a ground level room but there is no facility for that on the booking page . My partner has mobility issues and struggles with stairs

The homepage was blocking me because of a postcode verification. Its was only with persistance that I overcame that. This is essential for you to adress this glitch/fault in your system

Hotel starting to look tired with stained carpets and general cleanliness leaving a lot to be desired. Also concerning is the drunken people hanging around the rear doors in the morning.Staff are very nice and very helpful.

Good location with friendly staff. This visit was spoilt because of a massive leak through the ceiling on the first floor, which caused a lot of disruption.

5 years since I stayed here before that I’ve stayed there a few times this time 6 nights , shock to find you have to pay for parking now,I put the card on my door 3 times after between 10&10.30 to have my bin emptied, replenish my beverages, replace toilet roll but only once did it happen I had to ask reception for replacements although that was no problem for them The bath in my room has damage round the plug although the bed was comfortable Disappointed I couldn’t get GB news on the television even though all the other hotels I’ve stayed at in the last year have it on their televisions so I had to use my phone instead Every contact I had with the staff to be fair was spot on Considering the money I spent I’m disappointed.

It took forever to login, sometimes saying I was entering wrong password and at times the login was not responding at all,was frustrating, don't usually have a problem.

Staff were nice and polite, but the actual travel lodge needed updating and wasn’t very clean in places. We had to change rooms as the first one had an overwhelming smell of bleach. Staff were lovely though.

I booked and said done but no email confirmation received my phone said complete booking so I re entered the payment and got two confirmations and two payments taken cancelled one as duplicate but told no refund. Filled in on line form but heard nothing back yet and no refund, will wait and see but it may be my last time using Travel Lodge
