The website to book, in my opinion, was a little frustrating. The navigation from selecting dates to payment could be slicker and clearer.

Am gong due to wifes opertion we have stayd before and found the staff very good but problem is when booking when booking the breakfast with my wife in hospital the first night but still have to pay for her breakfast next day even tho she will not be at hotel in the morning so did not order any breakfast if have to will go to the cafe short walk up the road

Travelodge might have few hotels in a big city and having "Save" button can help users save few hotels at a time when they plan their trip. The App sometimes not working and I have to use webpage version to book.

A little tired and in need of some tlc. Extremely hot with non working fan and very loud due to being so close to nightlife. OK for a place to stay after a night out but not when you're away for business. Lovely welcoming staff though.

I wasted a lot of time trying to find the hotel! The confirmation simply gave the address as High Street, Stratford. As I was not in a car I did not have a satnav to respond to a Post Code and the High Street contains some 300 property numbers. Perhaps it was silly of me to imagine that the hotel would be at the Stratford Centre end (which it was not). The TV controller was held together with sticky tape and did not react to every command instantly.

I tried to book on Monday but my payment wouldn't go through. I don't think it was a problem with Travelodge, though, as I heard Mastercard was not working properly. I booked on Tuesday with no difficulty at all.

Being of the dinosaur generation I find your prices being a constantly moving target very disconcerting, but no doubt that it is the way for you to make the most profit. It would be more convenient, for the customer that is, to be able to see , in one place, the price, availability, and location of rooms all along a chosen route so that we can pick the best option. In the time it takes to check out an alternative option the price of the original choice gazumps. Your staff are always pleasant, locations are usually convenient, facilities are adequate (but the baths are a bit short). Thank you for the service and for your tolerance of the mild grumpiness (about the pricing) of a man if my age.

Booking is a long winded process it does nothing to make it for senior citizens I tried ringing but could not understand the operator so I put the phone down

It would be helpful if you had a map with Travelodge locations on it so I can plan my journey accordingly. Little Chef used to do this and it made life a lot easier, especially if I don't know the names of towns I'll be passing through. Other than that I would have given 5* I prefer my Travelodges because the staff are always pleasant and helpful.

Needs refurb, car park was a dumping ground with old carpet, shopping trolley, rubbish, not good, overall room was ok, apart for fan not working

It doesn't deserve 3 stars the only reason I have given it 3 ,is because the staff were so lovely and couldn't do enough to help you . Not even a bedside table ! Uncomfortable plastic chair to sit on in your room And all for £100 a night !!!!!!!!!!!! a disgrace

The hotel was clean, staff were friendly. Air conditioning was broken and the windows are sealed shut so the room was far too hot. Shower curtain was useless so the bathroom flooded every time you used it. Disappointing since is such a new place.

Stopped in a Disabled accessible room for a week which was OK nice and clean though the carpets have seen their day. I noticed when we were leaving there were rolls of carpets outside and there seemed to be a carpet fitter on the Job. most of the staff were very pleasant well the Ladies online reception the cleaners and the 2 Ladies in the Dining room the Spanish lady worked her but of and they took a lot of flack because of poor management, for instance, every day people had to ask for food because the self-service food containers were empty and on our last day there was no Bread and they said they had run out of bread how does a place like Travelodge run out of Bread at breakfast time overall not to bad clean but needs a review of management

on the whole, the room was clean; however, the smell emanating from the bathroom appeared to be from the bath plug which was blocked with hair.

The website needs optimising to use wit mobile devices. Currently the website is difficult to navigate & see fully, especially when it gets to the paying process.
