The price of the room was very competitive so no complaints there. The room itself was basic and the soap dispenser was empty or did not work. The curtains did not fully close properly.

Pros - Clean room - good price - good location Cons - no shower gel or soap in the bathroom and the bath wasn’t properly clean - receptionist wasn’t the most friendly on arrival & when I asked about a minor issue with the room I was given the elbow & told to speak with the manager in the morning

We always stay at a travelodge when we come down to London (and most other places to be honest) but I've had real trouble lately using my app

The website needs updating to include all information before going to checkout eg twin rooms section which i could not find at first. Also they advertise cheap rooms to entice you in. But i never seem to get one.

not impressed with canterbury lodge, ground floor and no net curtains spent 3 days with the curtains drawn as there was a foot path out side and children looking in

Booking was slow and problematic. The people staying page wouldn't load, so I couldn't confirm. I had to log out, use a different browser which still gave me the same issue. It took me about half an hour to place my booking.

Staff very good Horrible nylon bottom sheets which didn’t fit bed Might use latest floor vacuum but it left all the sides of carpets dirty Frontage a mess of overgrown greenery-looking out of our room at back it seemed to be the dog walk and no one cleared up after their dogs.

Clean beds, room and bathroom but the carpet and chair in the room and the wall behind reception were tired shabby. Hotel needs a refresh probably. Staff were very pleasant. Not many plug sockets in the room though and dirty cups from previous occupants had been left behind, we did make staff aware. It was great being right next to marylebone station.

This hôtel is well situated but not maintained. The sound insulation is really bad, we can hear the outsider trafic like we were outside. The floor carpet is disgusting, stained with old gums, the AC is old, smelly, not cleaned and threaten to fall... the bathroom are olds, not cleaned like it should be....and you pay about 200£ too 250£ for a night !!! Too excessive and ashamed. And you have to pay for the WIFI !!!!! I won't recommand this hôtel. You should close it and refurbish it completely like others Travelodge.

Staff friendly & rooms basic but clean. No facilities for cooked breakfast, but cereal breakfast box was adequate. Dog friendly. Easy enough check out.

Disappointed that I cannot get an answer on your 08719846466 number despite more than 10 attempts in the last 24 hours. I need to let my hotel know I will be arriving at about midnight and need to be sure I will be able to enter at that time. As this is a general/national number for Travelodge, I can only assume you are willing to frustrate all your customers like this. Also very annoyed you should make a 13p/minute charge for this service, had I been lucky enough to get the call answered.

It was a one night stay to break a long journey, only used as most Hotels in Cirencester area were full. Our first impression was what a scruffy dump, the carpet was badly marked with many colourful drips and spills, drab walls, one dark unknown picture on the wall, tiny old tv, only saving grace was pleasant and helpful staff. Cost £116.00.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms which there should be as our climate is constantly changing, this weekend 16th June 2023 was very hot and the room was very uncomfortable. There should also be a fridge in the room to keep medication cool and for cold drinks. I do not believe the breakfast was worth the money as is was luke warm and the tea machine was not working
