I had a lot of problems trying to find the "book now" until I realised I had to hit the extras part and then get through to the booking section.

Rubbish with your training I was given one week learn the night shift. Was then paid off you company is rubbish you should at least give 3 months training per person was left on my own after one week and could not do the full job on my own to much for one person you should employ night shift person and an night receptionist it is to much work for one person doing night shift

Having put in my booking requirements I was then required to repeat this information when it moved me to the next screen WHY. As it had happened previously when I accessed your website I checked the data I entered very carefully it was correct

very expensive for a room now even t double at the weekend bit off rip off prices now used to be a budget hotel, not any more

As a disabled person requiring a wet room with a double bed, it is always difficult negotiating a way through the web site. There are no CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS as to how to cover all the requirements! It would also be helpful to be able to book a disabled parking space near the entrance to the premises.

Site fine but my bank didn't like the security on your payment screen so declined. Caused problems with my card which meant a phone call to them to sort my card out next day.

Happy to say that the hotel seems to have had a recent refurbishment, very clean with a nice comfortable bed, also good for the A1, although there's only a Starbucks on site, the only problem was the sweltering heat in the room, no use opening the windows due to road noise and flying insects getting in, the room had a fan but not much help, with the weather becoming much hotter it really needs air-conditioning.

I like using Travelodge in Leeds, though I have not used the Travelodge at Vicar Lane, But i have to say your prices seem to have gone up! I also found that I could get a better price using Booking. Com. But I will continue to use Travelodge around the country.

Efficient check in, still you want to charge for internet Wi-Fi (the only hotel I know of) clean room but above the entry where at 4am the delivery took place, very noisy! The only sockets were by the desk. The rest of this survey is asking about my delivery!! No idea what this is about! Had no delivery from Travelodge!

Very happy with the rooms I have booked to date, however, there do not appear to be any benefits for regular customers... Would you not consider offering a loyalty scheme or maybe some sort of discount for returning customers?

Should be a 2 Star . Outside of hotel a mess plus cobwebs over outside of windows . No shower gel / body wash in dispenser not helpful when you’re already in shower . Was going to mention at reception on leaving . No one around just a box to return room key . Won’t be back.

Clean and comfortable would have given another star but internet was not working, to be fair I think it had something to do with roadworks outside hotel

Staff lovely and helpful, Room clean. HOWEVER..... Only gave 3 stars because the massive downfall of travelodges is there is no air con, myself, husband and 2 kids really struggled to sleep in the heat, one tiny fan blowing hot air around made the room absolutely unbearable, in the end we resorted to soaking towels and laying them on the kids and we filled empty coke bottles with cold water to lay beside, this really ruined our travel lodge experience and we were left with tired grotty kids all day
