“To be honest haven’t stayed at booked hotel yet Due to the waiting for job to be ready have had to cancel rooms several times. Always easy and straightforward to book but seems a little too long a wait for money to be returned.”

“Good location. Very basic room - no hairdryer, free wi-Fi only for 30 minutes, no fridge. Cleanliness superficial only - skirting boards were dirty.”

“I book accommodation for my operatives and need twin rooms. I find it very annoying that I cannot book twin rooms unless I get disabled rooms. These are not very often available. It would be better if you could follow the system used in Europe whereby there are single beds that are put (zipped) together to create a double bed (if 3ft singles they together would be king/super king).”

“Hi! the reason I only give it three stars is that there was trouble paying the reservation because I have a Swedish name with Swedish special letters so it didn't work. but I signed up for a PayPal account and through that, it worked. Maybe you can have some info on the website that if you don't have English name you have to go through Paypal. Best regards Mårten Larsson”

“Initially disappointed,I put black trousers on wardrobe shelf while I unhooked the hanger,when I picked them up they had white dust on them I tried to dust them on the hanger and it fell apart.Shower rail was broken,TV was outdated compared to other TLs(no usb media player)Toilet has to be closed to flush,as handle to close to seat,You can look through the door frame into the corridor. Good points,Great Staff as usual with Travelodge.,spacious bathroom,lots of storage.Room218.”

“Hola. Me habéis pedido una reseña del proceso de reserva, que hice online. En ese proceso me pedía mis datos y entre ellos un código postal de UK como campo obligatorio... ¿Para qué carajo piden eso? Pues no sé, pero ¿Qué ocurre si no soy de UK y por tanto no tengo un código postal de UK? Pues que no podía completar la reserva de estancia pagando con tarjeta. Suerte que me aceptó PayPal... pero en PayPal me salía peor el cambio Libras-Euros... así que me hicieron perder dinero (y tiempo) con ese absurdo campo obligatorio.”

“The TV remote could not be altered up or down for volume, which was set very low. The toilet was placed too near the door so you could not close the door properly.”
