Found the booking very easy too do. But found the price for a Sunday really good value. But the Monday was nearly double an that's alot of money in these hard times.

Hotel always clean. Helpful staff. Annoying that paying different rates each night for same room. Staying for 5 days, paying £117 one night and £35 another night when I'm not leaving the room. There should be a set rate if staying for a few days.

I used the website, rather than the app, as I wanted to raise a donation for easyfundraising at the same time. The ‘page’ did not quite fit my screen and it was awkward to navigate up and down, eg. once the number of guests was completed, I couldn’t easily scroll down or get back to the booking without losing the information; I re-input the number of people several times. Also, I want a twin-bedded room and could not see how to request this set-up, rather than the zipped-together king.

Improve on your pricing. 30£ today, next day 97£. Did you renovate overnight?

Odd thing, went to book a room after signing in as a member, then lost WiFi,changed to use mobile data but my info had gone, decided to book through the advertising email sent by travelodge and got the same booking 5 pound cheaper?why the discrepancy? You would think the cheapest would be after logging in and using the best price finder but it was nt.

Online booking process wouldn’t let me change a double room to a twin room. No where to leave a message for reception staff or house keeping to inform them of disability and request a quieter area of hotel. I had to phone and speak to someone who was very helpful

Nice clean quiet hotel next to a busy road without much noise. Staff are amazing and help with everything they can. However if you don’t like the smell of weed from the council tenants don’t stay here

The Travelodge app which I've used in the past no longer works with my android phone, so had to book via the website using my laptop, which was fine.

We have stayed here a number of times. It is convenient for the tube. The staff are pleasant but not as efficient as the near by Holiday Inn Express or the Holiday Inn. I also had a dispute over a refund a few months ago and the manager assured that l would receive a refund credit for our next stay but this failed to materialise. The breakfast isn’t as nice as the holiday Inn mainly because of the quality of the croissants that are not crisp. Overall you pay for what you get. The major advantage is the disabled parking that is free whereas the other hotels charge approximately £18 a night.

Use to use them 2/3 times a week when in London. Have reduced to 2/3 times a month as prices have increased dramatically since lockdowns, 50-100% in many cases, hotels seem very quiet now. Should offer cheaper prices and maybe a 'no clean option" for stays longer than one night.

I miss an email address gor reservations where you can resolve questions and have a more direct contact, even more so when tje language is different and a phone call is not easy for this formalities.

Overnight stay for work. Very basic Travelodge (rooms only), but as long as all you want is a bed to sleep in for the night, then it's fine. Just remember to take a bottle of water with you if you don't want to pay £2.10 for one from the vending machine

3-4 Stars only because of two members of staff, Sam and Chloë, who were very helpful, warm and professional. The room too was a decent one, clearly recently renovated. The Wifi was almost unusable in the room (second floor) but I used it downstairs nearer reception and in dining area where it was good.

Price for room didn't go through on what it showed. Eventually costing more, than expected.
