“It was ok for a short stay it need a fridge in the room and air con”

“Found staff friendly and helpful. Room clean with enough faclilties. Unfortunately, the first hotel we stayed at did not have air con in rooms. Could not sleep with window open due to traffic noise. The second hotel was much better with air con.”

“I haven't stayed at a Travelodge for years, but when I noticed it on the Defence card website giving 5% discount I thought I'd give it a try. The Defence website gave me a code and then opened up the Travelodge website. I made the booking, but when coming to pay there wasn't a box to put the code so I ended up paying the full rate. I was not impressed with the booking process. If you offer a discount it should be straightforward to obtain the discount.”

“Location is great. Reception staff very nice and friendly. Rooms size was good, even when sharing with my 11yr old son there was plenty of room for both of us. Comfortable bed and pillows. Rooms are also surprisingly quiet as far as outside noise is concerned. Drawback here for me was attention to detail in regards to cleaning..marks to shower curtain, hairs in bath, adhesive bath mat area looks grubby, and taps/silicone in need of attention. Also what appeared to have been a stain to carpet at the side of bed that was still damp. I hadn't initially spotted, had put my bag on it, leading to coffee smelling bag and jacket inside bag. But it's a budget hotel, they do what they do well, and at a price that is hard to grumble at, so I would absolutely stay again”
