“I Would have appreciated an on-site telephone to ask a few questions regarding local transport to access the property. However, as a customer, I do object to having to pay for the privilege.”

“Rates are pretty high and not allowing for us to use the Wyndham Travelodge stay points Hope the rooms and toilets are clean and would prefer higher level with no smoking or no pets. I hope there is elevators. Rest I will review after my stay.”

“Ive stayed at many tavelodges in different locations and have always had pleasant experiences. The only downfall is the increase of price. How highly the price jumps up due to events and things in the surrounding areas. If I was to book 3 night stay in may it would cast me £170. I’ve just booked a 3 night stay the beginning of June and I’ve had to pay nearly £600.”

“Fairly straightforward, but there was a very annoying step in the process. I arrived at your site from a Google Search and so had not logged to my Travelodge account when I started my booking. I was ready to pay and saw a prompt to log in so my saved details could be used for this booking. However, when I did that my entire booking was wiped out so I had to start all over again. There must be a way to ensure that the basket/cart is carried forward when logging in.”
