"Okay i allready made a review an google so let me copy Paste it, because I\u2019m too lazy:\r\n\r\nSo I'm native french\/german so please excuse my grammar...\r\nI was on the search after a specific bike:\r\n\r\nGT Grade Carbon Carbon Expert 2020 \/Colour Jade\r\n\r\nso with the help of google i found triton cycle and they got pretty amazing price and deals, especially if you don't have to pay the VAT in the UK, which is with 20% pretty high compare to Swiss MwSt -> 7.7%.\r\n\r\nso i wanted to order the bike (check my printscreen) but I had 2 question about the right frame size and the VAT return. Unfortunately and like the other reviewer said before, they're not reachable on the phone and didnt answer my 2 mails... so i wasn't sure if its a scam or not and I didnt ordered the bike. and then i started to read the review and check about reddit, you know stuff you do, to be sure about a firm.\r\n\r\nafter a week or two, i decided \"fuck it\" i'll pay with the credit card and if i don't get the good, then mastercard will reimburse my purchase.\r\nbut then the bike i wanted GT Grade Carbon, wasn't anymore available and I was kind of piss of myself and mad because i didnt get any answer. After that i thought okay, so they're real and have a stock and the online shop is somehow connected to the stocks, so i dediced again to give it a try with the:\r\n\r\ncannondale topstone carbon 105 which is pretty similar from the spec and geometry i just like the frame more from the GT.\r\n\r\nso let me make the story short:\r\n\r\nI ordered the bike on 21. May and received it on 28. may see the print screen (Triton and TNT). -> thats just a week and I'm living in Switzerland and with the borders regulation with corona it's pretty fast! \r\n\r\nso what i want to tell is -> maybe the communication is bad but the service and price is GREAT! thanks guys i'm really happy with my purchase!\r\n\r\n i gove Triton cycle just 4 Star out of 5 because the lack of communication. with better communication i would have give them 5 Stars."

“Triton seemed to be the only UK stockist of the Tern Perch bicycle wall mount, so they were in a strong position. I wanted six and called to see if I could get a further deal on the one that was published online. They were fair and offered a further discount. I paid over the phone and was kept fully abreast of payment/despatch/delivery. Wrapped well enough, but not brilliantly, and I think you missed a trick by only including the invoice, and nothing else. I don't think you need to go as far as Wiggle (small pack of sweets with each order) but a note to say thanks for shopping and perhaps something else would have been well received.”

“Good tyres for winter riding, nice raised centre profile to aid rolling resistance. Tyres roll well and do not feel draggy at all, good confident grip. Only downside is the tight fitting on my rims, had to resort to some soapy washing up liquid ti finally seat the tyres.”

“Wanted a second set of wider of wheels for my Cyclocross bike in order to run wider rubber - I've caught the gravel bug :-P Searched high and low for a brake disk wheelset at a good price and found the Miche XM29.40's. Have since fitted them with a set of Avid 160mm rotors, a custom Shimano 9-speed 12-32t cassette, Velox rim tape and Clement MSO 40mm tyres. Will maybe try going tubeless in future... They're well built, and look a great deal more expensive than they are! Triton are offering these at about £40 cheaper than the nearest competitor. I cannot fault Triton's customer service - execellent!! Delivery was fast [and free!] with good communication - I missed the initial delivery, but collected the next day from a local DPD collection partnership shop.”

Hi there, I'm sorry you're disappointed with the service you've received on this occasion. Unfortunately you placed your order at 7pm on the 23rd which was after our last posting date before Christmas of the 22nd December. Since then we've been closed but have been busy processing orders ready for dispatch Monday 4th Jan when the couriers are back working to full capacity. Usually we do operate with 24 hour delivery times but at Christmas with the bank holidays and many of our suppliers being closed there will inevitably be some delays. “The service was great to order the bike etc but very disappointed when we got the bike out Xmas eve and it had a puncture so my daughter hasn't had the pleasure of riding it yet because everywhere shut till Monday !”
