“God a fair price. But the time from ordering until shopping was almost a week. If I had known that I wouldn’t have purchased it. The helmet was also just thrown down into a box and therefore the box was broken on arrival.”

“Very happy with my bike from Triton Cycles. Was shopping around and found this site to be much cheaper than the rest. Shipping to Ireland was reasonably fast (two weeks) considering the current lockdown measures. Will have this site bookmarked for again.”

“Because of the lockdown situation the dispatch time is much longer. But for me the bike was delivered after 3 weeks in perfect condition. It is unfortunate that you have to wait that long but taking the circumstances into account Triton cycles cannot change much about it. During the waiting the communication was excellent, I always received an answer within 24hours. All with all I would recommend to order via Triton cycles.”

“3 months for a back order, all show now as in stock but still not dispatched. No reply to any emails despite emailing multiple times in the last 3 weeks. No option to cancel order and money taken straight away, unwilling be contacting my card company for a charge back to recover my money. Previous service was excellent however after this experience I won't be using again.”

“Got an email from Triton and the courier to say item had been dispatched, then another email to say it was cancelled. Couldn’t get through to Triton on the phone to check and never received a response to my emails. Item finally delivered 7 days later than promised.”

“There's a coronavirus, but that's not an excuse to not respond to communications after accepting payment. I purchased a bike, and paid. When I checked out it said 24-48 hours to dispatch. Then 5-10 days, then 10-14 days. 5 emails. No response. You can respond to emails while maintaining social distancing.”

“Got a kids bike trailer for a great price, over £100 cheaper than anywhere else. It’s a good brand and really sturdy and safer than cheaper trailers. Trailer came when it should and this was communicated well by email. I would definitely shop with Triton Cycles again.”
