“Bought a GT Sensor from Triton in September 2019. I’m very satisfied with their service. Accurate and fast delivery to Sweden. If Triton which to improve, I can recommend them to explain what’s expected by the buyer to assemble the bike. A short instruction would be nice. About the bike, very good! It’s my first full suspension MTB. Fast and fun for the trail! Jonas”

“Suite à la livraison et après montage du vélo supersix evo neo 3 la roue arrière présente un fort voile, et je suis obligé de passer par un professionnel pour dévoiler la roue ce qui entraine des frais pour la somme de 80 euros. Je sais pas si le vélo a été contrôlé avant l'envoie ? J'espère n'avoir pas d'autre surprise quand je ferais l'essaie. De votre côté que pouvez vous faire? Merci d'avance de votre réponse. “I just bought a Scalpel Canondale mountain bike on the triton cycles website. Very interesting price. Package received in a week but opened with missing parts. Triton cycles after-sales service is great, after explaining the problem by email, they sent me the missing parts (saddle and telescopic seatpost). Many thanks to Jamie YONG from triton cycles for his reactivity and support. I recommend this site!”

“You have to know in detail the correct dimension and name of what to buy, don't trust the pictures. The dispach to Norway was swift and EXPENSIVE. A van came exclusively to my house with the a little parcel. That is not good enough for cyclist, to much emission! Find a more enviromental way! The customer support is OK! Torbjørn”

“I looked long and hard for a new cycle helmet at Wiggle, Evans etc and came across triton cycles as they were cheaper than everyone else, I must admit I was a bit apprehensive as I'd never heard of them but thought what the hell I'll give it go, wow, what an awesome company, great price, my new helmet arrived very quickly, no hassle, no problems just a very easy shopping experience, I'll definitely be back soon”
