“Based on only one transaction; poor communication when item was out of stock. After two emails a reply was received and an alternative version was offered. In all, it took over three weeks to get my order fulfilled, and that could have been greatly reduced if only there had been effective communication.”

“THANK YOU VERY MUCH TRITON CYCLES. I REQUIRED AN IMPORTANT PART FOR A 10 YEAR OLD CARBON ROAD RACE CYCLE. HARDLY USED AND IN IMMACULATE CONDITION THE MACHINE, NEVERTHELESS HAD NEED OF A NEW SEAT CAP. I DID NOT THINK I WOULD BE ABLE TO LOCATE ONE. ONE QUICK INTERNET SEARCH LATER, FOLLOWED BY A TELEPHONE CALL TO CONFIRM THE PART REALLY WAS AVAILABLE AND THAT WAS IT. THE ITEM WAS ORDERED ONLINE AND DELIVERED, POSTAGE FREE, WITHIN 2 DAYS. MANY THANKS CHRIS.”

“The part was fine and did the job. I however ordered this part at 10:30 on a Friday and it was not dispatched until gone 2pm on the Monday (the first day of it's estimated arrival window). I'd expected the item to be dispatched on the same day especially as I had ordered in the am.”
