I have bought S/Steel interlink chain wheels for my wife and I's tandem plus a new chain. So far so good ask me after a few hundred miles I will be watching the chain wear (stretching) carefully.

Ordered some bike pedals small amount of damage on them .I can live with it but would suggest checking items before sending them out

Hi Mark, We are very sorry your pedals arrive with a small amount of damage on them. We try to do our best to inspect every item during our picking process. Unfortunately the product may have been damaged during transit or we may have missed the small damage. If you email across some pictures of the damage we will happily try to provide a resolution! The bike was priced really competitive, but the packaging was damaged.

Hi there, We are very sorry the bike packaging arrived damaged. From our understanding the bike itself is not damaged, which is good! It sounds like the packaging did it's job in protecting the bike :) As soon as the order came through, your bike was picked and PDI'd in our workshop. At the same time we inspected the packaging to ensure it is in a good condition before being dispatched with our courier the same day. Unfortunately from that point on it is out of our control in how the package is handled. Our couriers are usually very good and our orders usually reach our customers without any issues. Ideally we would have preferred your order to arrive with no issues what-so-ever, but we are glad the bike is fine and it is only the packaging that is damaged! :D We hope you enjoy your new bike! i got the order; but the fact i tried to call several times and only received an answer phone was so annoying as i wanted to change the order before it was dispatched

First time customer: ordered a rear axle and a front came, called up and lady quoted 1 working day for re-ordering came within time quoted and correct item. not the best start but more than made up for their mistake, very good customer service

Wrong part sent in error,however as per the instructions on the website I contacted them by phone and they sent me an email with a returns label,now have recieved the correct part,it took a few days extra but we got there in the end, i would and most probably will be using them again.

Prices and service are good but with every order I've made with them it sits 'In Picking' for 4-5 days before anything happens. Once shipped delivery is very prompt but I wish they'd pick items a little quicker. Would be 5 star service if they could get things shipped quicker.

Satisfactory really, I purchased a fabric scoop ultimate saddle for around £150 and I received it in the post packed in a Jiffy bag with the carbon rails exposed and marked. The measurement markers are now chipped off from being exposed from being outside the package in transit. But I've just put up with it really. Still a nice saddle.

Thanks for delivery. There is a plastic tube inserted in the seat shaft – can you tell me what it is for and what to do with it. There is no manual, the package is apparently not intended for end users but for mechanics. End users are left with a bunch of useless documents instead of a one page description how to assemble it.

Product was fine but delivery very poor. I had texts to say the item would be delivered in a one hour window so i waited but it never arrived. then I set up a redelivery to my neighbour the next day as I was away for 4 days. It wasn't delivered to my neighbour instead the package was left outside my house for 4 days!

missed my 1st delivery day as asked to leave package with neighbours. not even sure neighbours were tried as following day I had just got in from work when delivery arrived at my door without neighbours tried. not particularly happy or unhappy. i do wonder why though our views are requested, let alone even read if email requests are ignored.

Hi there, I'm very sorry for any inconvenience caused. Your email request was definitely not ignored as DPD did receive the request for your delivery to be left with a neighbour if you were not in to receive it. The system shows that DPD were unable to deliver the parcel and left a calling card, perhaps they tried your neighbours but they were not in as well. As for the delivery on the following day, you should have received a text and/or email informing you of the new one hour delivery window, I'm sorry if you missed it. DPD do try to deliver to the original delivery address before trying the neighbours. We greatly value our customer feedbacks as it helps us grow. We are constantly seeking to improve our services; feedbacks help us see what we're doing right and what we can improve on. Bike arrived it a timely fashion,although there were no instructions on how to assemble the bike only safety instructions/guidelines.
