"Okay i allready made a review an google so let me copy Paste it, because I\u2019m too lazy:\r\n\r\nSo I'm native french\/german so please excuse my grammar...\r\nI was on the search after a specific bike:\r\n\r\nGT Grade Carbon Carbon Expert 2020 \/Colour Jade\r\n\r\nso with the help of google i found triton cycle and they got pretty amazing price and deals, especially if you don't have to pay the VAT in the UK, which is with 20% pretty high compare to Swiss MwSt -> 7.7%.\r\n\r\nso i wanted to order the bike (check my printscreen) but I had 2 question about the right frame size and the VAT return. Unfortunately and like the other reviewer said before, they're not reachable on the phone and didnt answer my 2 mails... so i wasn't sure if its a scam or not and I didnt ordered the bike. and then i started to read the review and check about reddit, you know stuff you do, to be sure about a firm.\r\n\r\nafter a week or two, i decided \"fuck it\" i'll pay with the credit card and if i don't get the good, then mastercard will reimburse my purchase.\r\nbut then the bike i wanted GT Grade Carbon, wasn't anymore available and I was kind of piss of myself and mad because i didnt get any answer. After that i thought okay, so they're real and have a stock and the online shop is somehow connected to the stocks, so i dediced again to give it a try with the:\r\n\r\ncannondale topstone carbon 105 which is pretty similar from the spec and geometry i just like the frame more from the GT.\r\n\r\nso let me make the story short:\r\n\r\nI ordered the bike on 21. May and received it on 28. may see the print screen (Triton and TNT). -> thats just a week and I'm living in Switzerland and with the borders regulation with corona it's pretty fast! \r\n\r\nso what i want to tell is -> maybe the communication is bad but the service and price is GREAT! thanks guys i'm really happy with my purchase!\r\n\r\n i gove Triton cycle just 4 Star out of 5 because the lack of communication. with better communication i would have give them 5 Stars."

“I was on the lookout for a racing bmx bike for my son and weer found the perfect spec at triton. I rang them to ask if they physically had the bike in stock ready for despatch and they did. Ordering the bike online was very simple and the whole transaction was smooth. The next day I received an email with the order details and when it would be delivered. Then the day before delivery I received a text staying the tracking number for the parcel. The bike arrived as expected and within the time slot given. My son now has the bike and he loves it. Thank you for making this shopping experience a breeze. Would recommend triton cycles.”

“Terrible customer relations! If an item is out of stock tell me, and tell me when you expect it to arrive. I had to phone on three occasions over nearly three weeks, and on each occasion was told we expect it tomorrow. I did not mine waiting but how about some honesty!”

Hi there, I'm sorry you were disappointed with the delay on the item you ordered. Unfortunately the Powertap P1 pedals you ordered are in extremely short supply and are currently being imported from the USA in very small quantities every 3-4 weeks, most of which are pre-sold before they arrive in the country. We did initially email you to explain that the pedals hadn't arrived as expected and there would be a delay in processing your order. Following that, on the occasions we spoke to you we gave you the expected delivery date as per what was being given to us by the sole UK importer. I'm afraid sometimes these things do slip slightly and this was the case with the pedals, probably due to shipping delays in the run up to Christmas. At no point were we dishonest about the delivery date of these pedals, we only have the date supplied by the importer to rely on for estimated arrival times. You received the pedals as advised this week. They were delivered within 2 weeks of you placing the order Taking into account the high demand and short supply of these in the UK at the moment we've processed orders for these particular pedals as quickly as possible. Apologies again for any inconvenience caused by the slight delay in processing your order. If you have any further questions or comments please feel free to get in touch. “The best online shopping experience is one where you find what you want with the minimum of trouble, have an easy payment system and then have a top notch delivery setup. “The experience of buying my Marin road bike was first class from start to finish. Cara answered all my questions promptly by email and sorted everything out for me. I chose to collect the bike and when I arrived it was on a stand in reception waiting for me. My first road bike so they answered all my basic questions. On my experience I would recommend Triton to anyone.”

“I know nothing about Triton cycles. They are down South and I'm from up North but they had exactly what I wanted and nobody else did so I bought it!! The website is great. Communication about the order was great and delivery turned up when they said. So all good!! Wish I lived in Essex then I might go more often! That was a joke. Yorkshire is king.”
