However, I recently had a custom trophy swiped from my porch (the thieves will be so disappointed they won’t be able to sell it online) a few days before an event. When I reached out to Trophy Smack and explained the situation, they worked with me to ensure we’d have another trophy delivered before the event (we still paid for a new trophy, as TS wasn’t responsible for the punks who stole the original trophy, but they did everything they could to help guarantee we’d have what we needed in time for the event). “I paid a little extra to get my belt before our tournament. Unfortunately, there was minor mixup with my order and I was unable to receive my order in time for my event. However, customer service went out of their way to try to fix their mistake. I was in immediate contact with them as soon as a complaint was filed and they let me know what they planned/did to make me whole again. Yes, mistakes happen. I assume they don’t happen often with this company. They fixed it and compensated me for my troubles in a very timely matter. Good job trophy smack. Hopefully no more mixups, but if/when they do, continue the awesome customer service.”
