“Fair delivery time, easy use of website and ok selection. Had to email T.S. being discount offered at checkout wasn't applied in final pp but T.S. reluctantly did adjustment after several emails. That was upsetting only over $5. Give me a break”
“This year was the third year in a row, I ordered the same belt as a sales award for my staff. Each belt was built well and arrived on time. It's an awesome and fun award to present.
My only frustration is that each year I've had to re-build the same belt on the website. It would be great to be able to pull up old orders and reorder the same thing again.
It's a little detail that would make my experience 5 stars.
