“I was happy with the order and turned around and ordered a box of mangosteen. Having a reliable source for tropical fruit is important because many of these fruits don't travel well. I look for forward to getting my next box and more in the future.”

“I wanted my mom to experience a little bit of her island of Puerto Rico so I ordered her a custom box from Tropical Fruit. There was a small issue but Desiree was so responsive and the concern was quickly addressed. My mom was very surprised and loved the fruit box. Thank you so much for making my mom so happy, you guys are great and I will definitely continue buy a fruit box. Wonderful customer service, fast shipping, and delicious fruit.”

“We used to order from another tropical fruit delivery service but when we ordered from Tropical Fruit Box, we decided to switch right away. Better quality, fast shipping and great customer service. Not to forget, yummy yummy fruits. Highly recommend. If they had the option to do a subscription, we would absolutely sign up.”

“I wish I could rate this entire company 10 stars because they deserve it! I have emailed several times with Desiree who helped me send two beautiful boxes to a dear friend and some of her extended family. They were so excited to dig into everything. Then she helped me create a custom box with some of the most delicious and beautiful fruit I’ve ever seen. I got the exotic fruit box with rambutan, papaya, Hatian mango, Guava, passion fruit, apple banana, tropical avocado and my personal favorite, a very generous portion of Mangosteens. After reading the description of mangosteens on the website, I was so excited to try them and they did not disappoint. I now know one thing about Queen Victoria and that is that she had amazing taste in fruit! What a beautiful fruit they are and so unassuming looking from the outside. Perfect example of don’t judge a book by its cover. I also devoured one of the mangos right out of the box and I will probably smell like mango for the next couple of days and I’m not mad about it. So incredibly juicy! Everything was in perfect condition when it arrived and was here the day after I got the shipping notification. If you are thinking about getting yourself a box, or can’t think of a gift for a friend or family and know they enjoy fruit, I guarantee this will be a very well received gift. If you have any questions at all, don’t hesitate to email them, I felt so taken care of. Desiree and her team went above and beyond for me and I can’t thank them enough. There is a reason to support small businesses and this company has definitely reminded me why I love to do it. I will be looking for any excuse to be ordering again soon!!!!”

“Burro bananas, guavas, papayas were excellent. Haitian mangoes were sweet and juicy but very stringy. The rambutan were also good. They all arrived in excellent condition!”

“I received my fruit box today. I ordered Rambutan and it exceeded my expectation. I loved the fact that it was still kept fresh, I was amazed that it was packed nicely and with great quality. The Rambutan is so sweet and juicy, it is what I was expecting. Thank you so much. I will definitely be placing another order!”

“My review is for the fruit and the exceptional customer service. The first box I had ordered for my mother as a surprise had been rotten - most likely due to the storms and humidity that week with delay in shipment hence the fruit became ripe to rotten very quickly. I reached out to the company and they immediately sent another box ASAP, no questions asked. This time when she received it all of the fruit were in amazing condition and ripe - she says they are delicious!! I really want to thank the company - they were so great about the whole situation. It was important for me to get her this particular unique gift as dragonfruit is known to be high in fiber and have a lower glycemic index - perfect for diabetics! She loves the gift and I know I’ll be purchasing more from Tropical Fruit Box again in the future. Thanks again!!”

“My order was well packed and arrived promptly. We totally enjoyed all of the fruit especially the spanish plums. The avocados and guavas were wrapped and protected in the box. The breadfruit however was not good but that was impossible to tell as you know until you cut it open. Luck of the draw, this one wasn’t the best. That said I’d definitely order another box of fruit. I’m pleased to have found tropical fruit box and to use their service.”

“I purchased the create your own box because being pregnant and having a craving for pink guava while living in the Midwest where it is non-existent in grocery stores sometimes calls for desperate measures, lol. I had a question about the amount of each fruit I’d be receiving and Alexandra was so quick to reply and accommodate my requests. There was a bit of a hiccup with the box being shipped but once I reached out, Alexandra once again saved the day in a timely manner and I received my (very fragrant!) box the next day. 10/10 customer service, I cannot recommend them enough! I can’t wait to enjoy my fruit!”
