“Tropical fruits box was awesome. Those were some quality mangoes in USA. Service were great too, it was quick shipment and couple mangos were smashed. They resend me additional mangoes without any charges, not even shipping charges. I will definitely order here again and tell my friends about it.”

“This company is awesome to deal with, they are proactive, let me explain my first box got delivered and unfortunately they were spoiled but, before I received the box, I received an email from them telling me there was a delay at the shipping facility so they anticipate the fruit would be spoiled. So they shipped another box overnight express, they didn't wait for me to call and complain, that's what I call proactive!! The second box was perfect and delicious! Will definitely use them again in the future as well as recommend them to my family and friends!!!”

“The most fruits were delicious except the mountain soursop arrived damaged and mushy. I love rambutans they were the first to be eaten, LOL. I use my dragon fruit in my smoothies. Last, your customer service is excellent. Alexandra is a priceless gem. She followed up with me every step of the way. Thank you.”

“Thank you much for the orders. I placed two orders with you. The first box was not what I anticipated, but you so graciously sent me another one to compensate and I really did appreciate that. You went above and beyond to try to satisfy my needs. I know that you have no control over what the fruits taste like, but some of them were a bit tart. Not your fault and I acknowledge that. The items were delivered within a reasonable timeframe.”

“I was beyond satisfied with my fruits. They arrived well sealed and protected in the package, along with a disposable ice pack while in transit from Miami to my door. Everything was fresh quality fruits. Everything tasted delicious. Super happy to support a small business like Tropical Fruit Box. “I've been craving fresh tropical fruit for years since I moved to the States. Finally I found "Tropical fruit box". I reminds me of my childhood where I am able to eat all different kind of tropical fruit. And what even better, the shipment is just FAST!”

“In hindsight, ordering delicate fruit like Cherimoya in the middle of summer going across the country from Florida to Nevada was a mistake. The first order that I received I immediately called Tropical Fruit and sent them emails of what the fruit looked like within 5 hours of delivery. I was very worried because of what I paid for that fruit. True to their word -- the team at Tropical Fruit Box replied back right away. WIthin the next two days, I was getting my shipment and they had even given me extra tropical fruit. They stand by with their word and followed up to see how the second shipment was. The shipment was packed in a better container and was packed so that the fruit was secure in it's location. I have eaten two since I received my shipment. They are fantastic. Try it and you won't be sorry.”

“I have been eating avocados since I was a child and I have had some really delicious ones when I was younger they don’t sell them like that anymore in the local stores. After ordering your avocados it is going to be hard to ever purchase one in a store. Your avocados are supreme! They are nice and big and delicious! Plus they arrived immediately and well packaged.”

“I wasn’t sure what to expect when I received my order and for the purchase price initially I was expecting wayyy more, but once I tasted one!!!!!!! Omgggggggggggggggg ! I would pay double ! Lol jk .. kinda. Holy wow ness I need more! Thank you guys for providing the best of the best I’m literally obsessed!”

“I ordered a box of lychees as a gift for my daughter. We are both vegan and we eat a lot of tropical/exotic fruits and have had our share of disappointments. The lychees arrived and they were perfect in every way. Also, great job in packaging to protect the fruit in shipment. You should be very proud of your business.”

“We love fresh organic ginger in my house. We have fresh ginger every morning raw (we freeze and then shred it) and mix it into our chai and everything else., daily. So...we bought the ginger box, and I admit at first I thought it was pricey but we are sooo pleased and we are repeat customers. The ginger comes in a temp control package that is not excessive and the box arrives really really fast. It’s full of ginger that you can easily clean and then use for anything you want. True story, order #2 didn’t come out as great as order #1. - and THEY FIXED IT IMMEDIATELY!!! We literally used 99.99% of what we got in order #1 and we believe me - customer service here is awesome. To fix order #2, we received a replacement order of ginger that was again 99.99% amazing quality fresh and the perfect taste that makes this ginger unique and just right to mix into so many different drinks, dishes and just enjoy raw. Thanks again for amazing quality of food and people (hi Alexandra!)”

“I just received my very own first box of fruits from Tropical Fruit Box and OMG! You guys went above and beyond in customer satisfaction and service that it left me speechless upon opening the box! I only requested for 1 piece of Spanish Lime to sample but you gave me so much! You guys are so amazing that it warmed my heart by the kindness you've shown. My mom gorged on the box of rambutans I had ordered for her. She said they were fresh, sweet, juicy and perfect! I am ordering another box of exotic fruits and this time it's for my sister. I wish you more success in your business and I have no doubt in my mind that you will flourish even more because of how wonderful you treat your customers!
