“I have used Trustpilot a few times but the latest review I posted got me compensation within two minutes after the company had ignored my emails. It appears some companies are replying instantly to negative reviews which have to be good for the consumer.”

“I have posted two complaints with Trustpilot, one regarding a complaint with Car Phone Warehouse and one with a subsidiary of Tripadvisor. Once posted i was contacted within a few hours by both the companies and i received refunds from both. I had originally contacted both the above companies via their complaints/customer services department but was given the run around. Can only speak as i find . cannot fault Trustpilot”

“I can go here and warn others of a bad experience or a good one.Like everything the final decision is up to the consumer. But it greatly helps to have another look from someone else.Most companies only show the good report and that is the first flag that should be an indication of them.”

“I find Trustpilot a very honest place to leave reviews but believe that a lot of people that but bad reviews in are trying to make them look bad in anyway they can I have look at loads of bad reviews but they give no proof of who they are staying anonymos if its a true review then why are frightened to give there name is it because they are like a lot of people that have nothing to do and spend time going on the internet and doing things keeping them occupied instead of getting board like acting like little kids I know for a fact trustpilot always give the review that as been given making them very honest in every way”

“I am a little surprised at all the negative comments about trustpilot, but I can only speak as I find. So if companies are paying them to write positive reviews then Vets Now .. an emergency vet company are not paying them enough. This company is rated as bad, because it is. Vets Now frequently report posts to take them down, but my experience of Trustpilot is that they encourage and help with the the reviews in order to re post them. They allow people who contact me about the company to spread the word and at the very least annoy Vets Now.... I have no complaints about them.”

“First of all it's a very clear website and you have pleasure to deal with it. From my own experience: I have left 2 bad reviews about edreams and guess what? My problem was solved thanks to the responsiveness of edreams agents. Without trustpilot I wouldn't have been able to receive my money back :) I hope this site will stay long with us!”
