“We are a business in healthcare industry. Our patients wrote reviews after all the treatment processes completed in the Clinic. Trustpilot removed all of them because of their policy. I respect. Now we started to invite patients by e-mail when they go back to their country. I read negative reviews about Trustpilot in this website. I'm surprised. Because we have absolutely different experience. They are very keen to check if the review is genuine. They do not remove negative reviews even though we told TrustPilot there is an unfair evaluation from the patient side. They advised us to write our own arguments.”

“I'm so grateful for trust pilot ...I had a problem with ticket bis recently and without trustpilot I wouldn't have been able to contact them ..believe me ticket bis are a night mare there is no contact nbr what's so ever but by going on trust pilot I was able to contact them and be answered straight away ..I'm so grateful”

“Trust Pilot is fair. They allow both fairness for the consumer and the business. Consumers can leave negative reviews with no ramifications. There are always 2 sides to a story. Trust pilot only allows verified customers who ordered from a company to post a review if you sign up with their service.”
