“Le site est agréable ,plutôt clair et facile d’accès.Par contre 1000 livres me semble vraiment peu pour un site de téléchargement de livres en ligne.L'abonnement me parait aussi assez cher.”

“Utilita. I have tried for 2 months to get through to utilita to discuss my account and billing etc. Everytime it was a 2 hour wait and then get through to someone who did not have a clue what to do or have any reasonable answer. Today I got through to Chloe in the complaints department and by that time I was furious. This lady deserves a promotion. She handled my enquiry. Gave me all my answers that i had been wanting for 2 months in 30 seconds and was just a nice genuine person. She helped me so much and I had to wrote this to show my appreciation. Great job Chloe. Wish more advisors were like this lady.”

“i trust them because they always tell the truth i had a problem with British Gas and they wouldn't put my review on Trustpilot until i gave them prove of my complaint which i had because British Gas sent me a letter for a contract that i never took out with them and i sent them a copy from my laptop and when they had proof of what i was saying the put my Review about my complaint about them back on Trustpilot so in my eyes they are a very honest trustworthy site to put good honest Reviews on and cant thank them enough for being so honest and in the past i have posted loads of comments without a problem .”

“I have posted two complaints with Trustpilot, one regarding a complaint with Car Phone Warehouse and one with a subsidiary of Tripadvisor. Once posted i was contacted within a few hours by both the companies and i received refunds from both. I had originally contacted both the above companies via their complaints/customer services department but was given the run around. Can only speak as i find . cannot fault Trustpilot”
