“Absolute shambles. Can't post a single review without it being removed. Depsite proof of orders etc. They are only in it for the money not to let people post genuine reviews! Awful company! Steer clear!!!”

“Animed... I ordered a 7.5kg bag of James Welbeloved yesterday.. Having tried 5 stores but all out if stocks...I went on the Animed website..and found my purchase strait away...it has been picked . and am awaiting my delivery.. Very pleased with the the company..AND over the moon with the price ..highly reconend you guys... Thankyou...”

“It is a real scam. Increase positive reviews to companies that have high turnover and with an algorithm delete negative reviews, so that they will be positive. Be careful not to rely on reviews as they are not truthful.”

“This is fraud deep to it's rotten core FRAUD, they literally banned me for warning people about fraud company which claims to be FCA approved investment company yet FCA confirmed it's fraud ! I give few reviews from many accounts and they are removed instantly but all the scam reviews from fake accounts are still up suggesting this is 5star investment oportunity ! STAY AWAY FROM TRUSTPILOT THEIR REVIEWS ARE MADE UP SO THEY CAN MAKE PROFITS ! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT US BUT THEIR POCKETS !”

“Take a look at their review page of parfumly.com (a belarusian site claiming to be norwegian). There over 30 reviews dated Sept 20th to Sept 25th 2021. ALL of these 30 different reviewers have left exactly 2 reviews - 5 stars for parfumly.com and 5 stars for Wow Tea. What an amazing coincidence... Dig back further and you see the same pattern in the TrustPilot Wow Tea reviews - short periods where they suddenly get a mass of 5 star reviews followed by nothing but complaints. Surely TrustPilot's advanced fraud detection software should pick up on this nonsense! A 5 year old could write software to detect it.”

“Very poor review site. Works with companies to protect their reputation rather than allowing honest reviews of actual users experiences - unless they're positive review of course, they allow those. Would not trust Trust Pilot for an honest overview of a company and will not be using again (either to read or post reviews).”

“This company is a total joke. I was in the process of re-mortgaging. The re-mortgaging bank instructed for a valuation survey using SDL Surveying which undervalued my property by large amount. I put a low score review on trustpilot, SDL complained about my review quoting this was not genuine. I replied with all my personal details even my mortgage application details. Guess what Trustpilot say? We will take your review offline because there is no direct interaction between me and SDL.”

“Trustpilot is the worst company out there. Their content integrity team member Steven A is completely incompetent in what he is doing. One person left a review about us which were complete lies and they did not remove the review. This is what he wrote "Thanks for your inquiry about the review by Ktoś “Łoś” Ktosiewski, which you flagged for defamation. We’ve assessed the review and concluded that the words or phrases you’ve identified don’t contravene our guidelines. Therefore, we’ve reinstated the review and won’t be taking further action." Absolutely outrageous. Completely disappointed by them.”

“They manage their reviews as they want,some of mine genuine were removed,i had proof of everything i showed them but still removed,They defend the big companies.They getting paid to keep the bad feedback away from big companies thats why nowadays every single company have 4.5/5 star on trustpilot.”

“HORRIBLE website! They defend bigots and scummy human beings. Everyone else could post whatever they want about Netflix, but not me! What a load of ****! Protect a poor black man just because he’s black with disgusting opinions. What is this, the 1800s? The 1950s? He’s no victim at all! He’s trash, and the most of his fans are! Trustpilot loves to remove genuine reviews and it makes me sick. I hate Trustpilot SO much!”
