“Trustpilot is a scam. I heard a lot about this company removing good reviews for non-paying companies. I truthfully review a site and as expected they flagged my review. What a joke!”

“WORD OF WARNING Trustpilot allows fake reviews by companies on a MASSIVE SCALE. You only have to look at the 4/5 star reviews to notice a pattern. Check out the lower rating reviews to get an idea of how bad their service is. They even remove certain reviews. This should be illegal! What an absolute disgrace. DO NOT USE TRUSTPILOT !!!”

“TrustPilot is the mafia of the online review world. They facilitate libel whilst simultaneously extorting money from brands. They remove reviews and make claims of fakery whilst simultaneously using aggressive sales tactics to get brands to pay their monthly fees. And guess what? Ratings miraculously increase once brands start paying!”

“have a 3.8 great review, so 4 stars for a company FirstPort that has 41% terrible/bad, and 53% excellent. how does that work? they allow fraudulent reviews for paying companies to doctor their ratings up, by allowing contractors paid by that company to post reviews, instead of paying customers.”

“Having read these reviews it just reinforces my suspicions about them. I truthfully reviewed a dreadful situation with a driver from a courier company here in UK and every one was removed on the pretext that their software had detected a false review. Obviously I’m real , my review was real . I won’t waste my time using them again and suggest other people follow suit.”

“Trustpilot are clearly weighted in favour of their paying clients.. Following a recent review posted by me, the retailer challenge it - then Truspilot put the onus on me to provide evidence - within 3 days!! When I try to reply to the email, as instructed, to send evidence, I get an automated email directing me to their generic customer services page. So I dont think my evidence was sent. I have given up and suspect the review will be removed. Conclusion CANNOT TRUST TRUST PILOT”

“Crooked untrustworthy company. They allow bad reviews to be removed if the a company disagrees with your review. Most reviews are left by customers immediately after they join somewhere and the company salesman will get a bonus if they receive a 5 star review. If you want to leave reviews use sites like this or Google as they aren't crooked like trustpilot. Hopefully one day people will realise this company has their own agenda.”
