Trust Pilot supports fraud by only allowing cash for comment favourable reviews regarding the IVY TRUSTS trading platform. Any attempt to provide honest unfavourable reviews regarding the scam that IVY TRUSTS promotes is blocked from their review platform. There is considerable doubt regarding the independence of Trust Pilot when an attempt is made to report fraudulent behaviour. Do not believe favourable comment that is made in Trust Pilot regarding IVY TRUSTS.

Bernie (Trustpilot) Aug 10, 2020, 3:01 PM GMT+2 Hello, Thanks for your inquiry about the review by Martyn Etheridge. We understand that you reported the review for being about a different business. We’ve now read the review and found nothing to suggest it’s for another business. Therefore, the review has been reinstated online. If you don’t recognize the reviewer, you can reach out to them for more information using our Find Reviewer tool. If you get a response but still don’t recognize the reviewer, or after 3 days without a response, a new reporting option will become available: “Not based on a genuine experience”. Please note that you can only re-report the review for this reason if it was written within the past 12 months, since we don’t expect reviewers to keep documentation of their experience for a longer period of time than that. If you have any questions, try visiting our Support Center or ask us by replying to this email. Kind regards, Bernie Bernie, Are you smoking Crack? Super easy to remove reviews and manipulate reviews. Customer use reviews as a blackmail tool. Not trustworthy whatsoever

They remove genuine factual reviews and they mislead. I had issues with a certain company, I wrote a review about my experience with that company. Suddenly trustpilot emails me saying they had removed my review because it was defamatory. The same company having bad reviews, then gets great 5 star reviews 2 weeks after. By the way, it had many bad reviews that are no longer available or visible to trust pilot. 😂

What an unprofessional company, I gave a genuine review on their site and they remove it simply because the company doesn’t believe you had a genuine experience. Then when you supply them with the proof they email you saying they will reinstate the review only to say they need documents within 12 months by someone called Keenan whoever that is who works for them. When you send them that they don’t bother replying! I found them to be unprofessional and fake and probably have a hidden agenda. Avoid using trustpilot as there’s better more simple and less stressful review sites to use

Do not use Trustpilot, they are biased on the business company who have paid subscriptions, as they do not publish their negative reviews. Example, https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/taxicode.comhttps://uk.trustpilot.com/review/taxicode.com

just had a review removed from view by trustpilot as they could not verify its authenticity.since when did i have to provide proof of purchase details to post reviews.my review was for a shed company who gave me great service during the current climate, seems that they are now judge and jury regarding reviews that can be posted.no problem when i slated a well known holiday company a few years ago.my faith in there service is now gone and will no longer rely on their ratings in future.

Trustpilot can not be trusted! I reviewed an incompetent company which later complained to Trustpilot, and Trustpilot removed my genuine review. North Korean style!

Trust Pilot is a scam inuntue itself in so much as it allows companies to "buy" into their premium services and filter out bad reviews for their own gains. Furthermore, and worst of all, they permit the company to simply flag any review they feel is not legit, it is then up to the person writing the review to submit proof that it is legit... The problem with this setup is the company has ZERO reason to flag for review any positive reviews and relies soley on the fact that most won't be bothered to submit proof and the negative reviews simply vanish... Terrifying. Proof? Go look at "Fresh Start Financial" a paid member, page after page of flagged and hidden reviews all are negative except 1 (which I bet was a 5 star review with the review itself negative which the user thought would slip past by being a 5 star review). Looking at the "transparent" stats page just shows the amount of AUTOMATED reviews generated and how many (nearly all) negative reviews are flagged as fake with 85% of the reason code for removal being "reviewer didn't submit proof." it is UNREAL that Trust Pilot requires ZERO pre-review proof to submit the proof, positive or negative, and then all the company has to do is say "that;s not real" to have negative reviews removed. UNREAL. Purely a for-profit review site with ZERO credibility.

All the bad reviews are removed. This is a fraudulent website , basically the opposite of what they are supposed to be . Seem to only be driven by money from clients

Our company has several excellent and (all) 5-star reviews posted on Trustpilot. Within one week we received 4 bad one-star reviews from reviewers who never received their purchases. NONE of the reviewers are customers of ours, nor are they in our databank. They found us on Google search and confused us with a bogus company who had a similar name to ours. Their reviews were all 'organic' as opposed to verified. I brought 4 pieces of crucial evidence to Trustpilot and 'after a thorough investigation' left 2 of the bad reviews up. Completely unfair and untrue. Google, btw, shut down the other company's website. Lesson to all: Unless the reviewer is 'verified' don't believe Trustpilots "objective and complex algorithm"

I never realised how bad this company really is. I thought it was trusted. Serves me right for believing things hey. I have seen it happen to a company where myself and others left poor feedback, and all the company has to do is flag it and it gets removed. I just dont get it. It was professionally worded and constructive. I wonder how many others have fallen for this.

I did a representative bad rating about a Swiss bank because of a real time money transfer app which is terrible also by many other users in Switzerland. But Trustpilot sent me an email that my rating might be not real correct because of they use a special software who tracks special ratings (bad ratings of course) and didn't post it. I sent them a feedback and explained my experience with this Swiss Bank again and told them I can proof it but they just ignored me. For me in that case Trustpilot protecting some companies.

Trustpilot appears to me to believe anything registered businesses tell them, so you write a genuine neg review, the business disputes it, Trustpilot removes it. You dispute the removal, Trustpilot ignore you. If Trustpilot wont allow neg reviews its no good as a review site. If Trustpilot believes everything a business tells them it will be full of fake positive reviews. Don't bother looking at Trustpilot for any reviews.
