“Teletext holiday you cheating money grabbing LIERS I’ve been waiting months for my refund I have been told every month since October that I will be getting it it’s now January and I still have not received anything I just get automated computer replies saying our team are working on it when you call you’re on hold for over an hour before you get through then they put you on hold while they look at your notes that can be for almost 45 minutes and then they cut you off please please do not book holiday with this company it has been nothing but a total nightmare also the reviews with TT numbers are the real ones any that say invite or fake Tt794091”

“Trustpilot will damage your brand, it allows fake reviews and has very dodgy business practices including trying to use threats to defraud you. As a small business you will harm your company by using Trustpilot. Every year they change the plan you are on just before renewal and put the prices up, forcing you to spend more to receive the same functions you just had. it's a scam that sees you losing money and also having to defend yourself from fake reviews. Not good for a small business owner.”

“The site removes negative reviews at the request of the company's owners. I am in the middle of a complaint with a furniture warranty company. That company complained to Trust Pilot that I wasn't a genuine customer. Despite evidence, Trust Pilot believed the warranty company and removed my review. Usefulness none trustworthy reviews ! My original claim is now with Insurance Ombudsman .... thats how genuine it was.”

“Trustpilot used to be a trustworthy site but not anymore. They systematically suppress negative reviews about their paying customers which explains why some companies with high trustpilot rating (4.6 and more) struggle to score more than 2 on other sites.”

“The worst support ever! Their sales team is so offensive, forcing you to spend £2400 per year and promise a lot of. Everything is amazing since you make a payment. After that they do not exist. Zero support, rude customer service and auto response without even reading messages. Avoid! do not pay even penny - is not worth at all!”

“Trustpilot is like any business it needs money to survive so why would it allow it’s money to be cut off, fact the companies pay trustpilot so it’s common sense they will protect that income, so basically do research and look online at other reviews that should give you a better and clearer picture regarding the company, don’t rely on Trustpilot”

“Awful, wasted time writing over 200 reviews that are all REAL and have PROOF of every single one, TP kept removing a review which i provided proof for so i emailed them asking why and never got a reply and i have emailed them probably 10 times since and 0 reply..use another email get a reply..clear TP has blacklisted me from support...great way to treat someone using your platform. Every review i post now is flagged unless 5 star..convenient that? replying to their auto emails gets me no response and reviews are kept down. Can tell they're doing all this out of spike too like i reviewed BMW and it got instantly taken down and asked for proof...BMW isn't even claimed profile...offered to send them a pic of my BMW sat on drive but of course no response. So what to take away from this review, take it from someone with over 200+ reviews and i can tell you its been the biggest waste of my time writing them, falsely removed or banned due to pointing out failings in their own guidelines and its very clear to me that in my opinion they're paid in some way to side with companies oh and don't trust them when they say about keeping your info private if you ask them to...provided proof to a company flagging my review as fake and asked TP to keep it private as this company is known to harass people after and guess what...TP gives them all of it and an hour later the owner is ringing up my personal phone...if TP gives a company your order numbers and stuff of course they'll find your account! never trusted TP since so every review flagged i just leave down, wouldn't trust them with my first name never mind anything else.”

“I put a fair review about a company from Germany posing as a UK company and the length of time it took to get urgent parts (4 weeks) that were "in stock" and the money I lost from the delay. Received an email saying they didn't believe I had genuinely purchased from the company and my review would be removed.”

“Trustpilot is the worst thing to happen for small businesses. It makes no sense that a score is judged by a handful of people when your client list could be thousands. Trustpilot attracts the high majority of customers that have experienced an issue. The thousands of customers that have a good experience are not attracted to leave a good review. It does not reflect the true image of how well a small business can operate.”
