“horrific app, no human interaction, uses some idiotic algorithm. My reviews got removed without explaining any reason. Stay away!”

“So -- the service itself is fine. We have been a customer of TrustPilot for many years. However, due to a change in company ownership, we are switching to an alternative review platform. This change happened near the end of our billing period. Rather than gracefully letting us cancel, even though we have no need of their service, they are forcing us to "honor our contract" and pay for an entire year of service even if we have no need for using it. Not only that, our bill "mysteriously" rose by nearly 2,000 this year even though we have not made any active use of their service. On one hand, I understand their contract needs cancellation by a certain date and we missed that deadline. On the other hand, our company would never treat a customer who did not want to use our product this way, and I feel both disappointed and ripped off that they are completely OK with billing for a year of service that is unwanted based on an automatically renewing contract. I would recommend one of the many high-quality alternatives.”

“I reviewed an awful home improvement company and they removed my review. They did not believe I had actually had an interaction with the company even though I provided proof of the appointment. It seems they favour positive reviews and are too easily swayed by the companies objections. disgraceful”

“Trustpilot is a scam website leaving false malicous reviews and even bad reviews from other companies with a similar name to us . then try to get us to pay them to be removed . “Keep putting up legitimate complaints for a complaint and trust pilot keeps asking for proof. Send them photos of ongoing phone calls from this company and they say not good enough. Do not trust any review you see in this site. They allow the 5 stars with no proof but a company can pay them off to get a 1 star taken off.”

“UNFORTUNATELY Trustpilot are a FAKE review site. They will only leave positive reviews on their site. Anyone who has had a bad deal from a company or ripped off then no point leaving reviews on Trustpilot as they are paid up to £10,000 by rogue companies to remove the truthful reviews. This in turn makes Trustpilot a fraudulent fake review site. Instead level your reviews on here or on Google reviews. Review sites you can fully trust.”

“This site is not to be trusted. My entire user profile was deleted without any explanation whatsoever after I left a genuine negative review. The company was a Danish jewelry brand called Chanti to which my partner and I lost about 100 euros. On the other hand, my five-star reviews were deleted as well for Intimissimi and Naturisimo, two companies I've had wonderful experiences with. If you look up It Intimissimi on Trustpilot, most of their reviews are negative and their Trustpilot score 1.4 stars. This makes me think that some companies pay to get reviews deleted (Chanti) and those you don't pay (Intimissimi, for example), get flooded with negativity. Sounds like a mafia to me.”
