Trust pilot is paid by companies to advertise them.I have painstakingly adhered to all there requests to scan documents to prove my posts against Skinnyfoodco and they keep removing them.trust pilot has removed bad reviews of Skinnyfoodco and leave the glowing recommendations.A SCAM.dont waste your time writing a review.

I have been posting to TrustPilot for a long time with over 46 very detailed reviews equally spread at the rate scale. Suddenly they started removing my reviews where all of them was genuine experiences from the retailers that I had proof of purchases. They have a "software or our Content Integrity " as they call it that started to remove reviews of mine since 2018. In a single hour I got over a dozen of review been deleted most of which were possitive. Even worst, when you try to challenge that, they never come back to you. This is a fake platform and take monies from those who are willing to go on top. To support their "paid companies" they delete possitive reviews from stores that are really genuine. I will never trust them EVER again and will not contribute on their platform.

when I was trying to give the review to one of the financing company it does not allows me to give less than 5 stars. and when I checked the reviews online for that company, nobody has given less than 5 stars. So I don't believe the Trustpilot. It is totally fake review company that is used by some of the bad companies to enhance their customer base and to cheat people.

They take down negative reviews. But do nothing about obviously fake positive reviews. "Trust"pilot. Don't make me laugh. Totally useless.

Wrote a bad review and got a response about 5 days later saying It had been taken down. Lots of other positive reviews with 0 information (unlike mine) stay up showing that they have clearly been paid to keep good reviews up.

i put a review a bout child model on trust pilot after few days i was receiving emails and calls from trust pilot that the client requested to delete your review. i said why the said because you have to prove this and that and i had to write one page email to justify finally i give up writing a lot and they sent me notice that if i don’t reply in 2 days my debt will be deleted about that client and they did delete. so this means no one should trust trust-pilot i have trying to spread the truth via here

All they do is take your money and call you a scam, when you have a bad experience with a company.

Trust pilot has to be the least trustworthy review company out there, everytime I review a company and being genuine the company in concern doesnt like it and removes the review.

After complaining about this online retailer and using some "inadequate" words, I have changed it as requested by Trustpilot. My post has been blurred by them anyway, because the seller report it as untrue. This was a seller which I have dealt with for almost 2 years and all of the sudden the customer care just plummeted. Anyway...I have replied to Trustpilot that I have the proof that the retailer threatened me with cancelling my order even from other seller with which they were in contact with and that I did not receive my refund(that didn't happen till now, since December 2019). Trustpilot asked for the proof. I've sent it straight away, my correspondence with this business' rep. That was in March. Never heard from Trustpilot again and my comment has been completely removed. If that is not shocking, I don't know what is. Avoid at all costs trusting Trustpilot!! Please!!

its now clear to see after reading the reviews here trustpilot is a scam and not to be trusted they keep removing my genuine review from a company who took money from me and done nothing. not once have i been contacted to provide evidence they keep sending me emails saying out software cannot verify this review. How can software verify if a human experience is real or not

I was scammed by a company that had excellent reviews on trustpilot after looking into the reviews more I see the reviews had been for another service the company offered just like the scam superdrug did on trustpilot with their superdrug mobile the bad review I left was removed by trustpilot then I realise it was no more than a scam review site

Worst review site on the internet, full of fake reviews, they delete negative honest reviews to falsify the star rating for companies. They are paid to lie. I just posted a review about Plusnet, a very honest review! They would not allow the review. Said it contained links, it did not! Said change the highlighted text, there was no highlighted text. I went from one star to two stars to see if that was the problem, they suddenly allowed the review. This is trickery and falsely adjusting star ratings. How can a review site get away with this much abuse? Everyone knows they are doing it, they get rapped for it constantly, yet they are still going? This World is becoming more and more moronic if it is not going to stamp down on trash sites like Trustlesspilot! Where are the laws? Where is the honesty and decency? Appalling site!

After having a review upheld after 5 months from a genuine bad experience with village vet, my review was reported again and I'm expected to send all the details documents etc which trust pilot already had and i found another vetinerary practice. I gave 5 star rating for trust pilot recently to thank them for entrusting in my experience. Now I've been doubly taken to the cleaners. I find it offensive and astonishing how trust pilot can uphold a complaint from march in my favour and now I'm expected to do it all over again. This is grossly offensive and I'm reporting trust pilot to trading standards and my MP

This was a service I used to rely on to consider whether a company was worth using our not. What has become apparent is the companies paying to be listed on Trustpilot run the show. I had bad experiences with Carlton Leisure and Emma Mattress. My reviews were accurate and complete both one star. They have now been taken down due to objections by both companies. In other words if you pay for that service Trustpilot will help keep the reviews artificially high. Not good at all for consumers. I've since found out these was a BBC watchdog episode on their practices. Worth seeking out, I will now be spreading the word that they cannot be trusted. Oh the irony.

It's a goofy company. Sometimes you can post and sometimes you can't and it doesn't tell you why. There's plenty of other companies, like reviews.io, that will take my reviews, so it's no big deal. I just have to delete the trustpilot.com bookmark, and I'm done. Simple.

I will never write a review on Trustpilot ever again, if you bother to take the time to do it for the benefit of others, unless it is positive, you are wasting your time. What is much worse is that Trustpilot are allowing companies who reply to bad reviews, one company in particular that I unfortunately fell foul of recently (paints4trade), to breach their customers security and confidentiality by publishing their full names, addresses and postcodes and places of work, clearly shown in these vindictive responses, you would have thought that this contravenes Trustpilot's guidelines and rules and regulations, (they are keen to tell reviewers about that when a company flags your review, but clearly it is obvious that Trustpilot don't give a damn about the personal and private details of the reviewer that these companies give away in their responses to the review. This is both disgraceful and deplorable. When this happened to me I made a complaint about it and asked Trustpilot to remove the reply because it contained my private, personal information and asked why this company had been allowed to this. I have had no reply whatsoever in regards to this complaint, Trustpilot just took off all 3 of my reviews including the one with the deplorable reply without any notification whatsoever! The way they operate and conduct themselves is an absolute joke...they are no better than the companies that we are reviewing in order to try to warn people but I wouldn't bother they are shifty and corrupt, I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw a truck! I have reported them to the governing body that is currently investigating suspicious activities between companies and review platforms such as Trustpilot and I would urge anyone else that's had a similar experience to do the same.

Trustpilot, aggressively support the business to generate revenue. There are two types of accounts for business free and paid. They don't care for free customers but if you are a paid customer they support you even you are a fake company. I had a bad experience with a company name tiptrans they remove my review and sent me an email that their system detected that review as fake and I am not a genuine customer of tiptrans now I have provided the invoice but still no action. I had a similar issue with them before as well. So I got a clear idea now, how they are generating money by supporting their paid customers(businesses)
