“Trustpilot is the worst thing to happen for small businesses. It makes no sense that a score is judged by a handful of people when your client list could be thousands. Trustpilot attracts the high majority of customers that have experienced an issue. The thousands of customers that have a good experience are not attracted to leave a good review. It does not reflect the true image of how well a small business can operate.”

“Absolutely dreadful service. If you’re a business, DO NOT sign up with Trustpilot. They lock you into long term contracts with deceptive sales tactics. Constantly changing up review collection methods to make it nearly impossible for some businesses to collect reviews.”

“They remove all negative reviews for BW Legal, a law firm which scams the elderly and takes them to court over parking tickets they've never heard of. They've removed HUNDREDS of reviews to make this companies reputation look better. Truly disgusting and very disappointing. Trust P, you should be ashamed.”

“As a business owner Trustpilot hold you to ransom and only care about getting businesses to pay an extortionate amount for a subscriptions. They openly don't care about fake bad reviews for businesses that do not pay.”

“I left my opinion Hermes UK, my review was deleted immediately, even though it didn't contain any incorrect words and had information about the service number which i bought, I contacted the trustpilot team of course with no answer. I checked reviews on trustpilot on other independent portals and they are very bad, That's why I don't recommend it!”

“Trustpilot create profiles for small business and throw up a load of bad reveries, then they contact said company and tell them they have to pay money to reply to those fake reviews. This is an EXTORTION RACKET and they must be STOPPED.”

“Trust pilot are not to be trusted. They do not remove a company profile, and this opens flood gates for scams. They remove lots of negative feedback reviews for no good reason, and this leaves a misleading perception for the public to judge the integrity of a company. I prefer to trust other review sites.”

“Trust pilot can not be trusted at all. Not sure how they are even surviving with name. I posted a review for a company and the removed it without any valid reason. I sent a complaint to them too for this but no response. I think they want negative reviews to be posted more for the companies so they can blackmail them to sign up with them.”

“I put a 1* review in about Hermes, because my parcel was thrown over my fence into the garden. When I had a look at my review, once published, I noticed that there are a huge number of 5* one line reviews for Hermes! Looking further I found that most of them were supposedly submitted by 'newbies' with this being their first review. Suspicious or what?”

“I have just deleted all my reviews from Trustpilot. Good mix of bad and good. I realised after loggin in today, that basically any big companies reviews that are negative in anyway are flagged and removed. So a very unfair website and I refuse to contribute information that cleans reviews or removes them all together for bigger companies. Maybe it's a payment thing. Not sure. BUt I wont be checking there or leaving another review. So dissapointed.”
