I think this site is doing more harm than good for companies trying really really hard to stay afloat at the moment battling against trying to get, and please customers, with government saying what they can and cant do. Trustpilot provides a portal for all the very brave keyboard worriers out there.

Bought a product on a shop, then when i get the product it was pure rubbish, wrote my coment totally respectfull on Trustpilot and the company just reported it knowing that Truspilot will hide for days or even weeks, and just after my comment they post a fake comment. In my country with 50.000.000 people they only have 35 workers to revise all comments. So Trustnothing is not a company to believe

I am a user of Trustpilot, my company asks for reviews on every sale. There are certainly not all 5 star we even have a few 2 and 3! I have complained bitterly regarding unfair reviews even one that had never dealt with us. TP simply refuse to take them down saying people will understand if we respond to the review. They do have rules like you cannot review a service after 12 months, and you cannot use TP to blackmail customers. But they are actually totaly above board and worthy of 5 stars.

Trustpilot is by far the shadiest "review" company one could possibly make the mistake of trusting. They are pay to play, pure and simple.

Monitored a few companies that are on trust pilot, They allow these companies to game the review system. One company selling masks for protection from coronavirus at £40 each. Many complaints and 1 star reviews. But then the company reports the reviews for breach of Trust Pilot rules! most of the bad reviews are then removed, then they also adds lots of fake positive reviews. This keeps the percentage rating high... I can truly say DO NOT TRUST TRUST PILOT REVIEWS.

Awful company who delete true factual reviews which would potentially stop the scammers scamming innocent people. I questioned them about it and got blocked by them. They leave the obvious fake ones though. Trustpirates! Don’t trust them at all.

Companies pay trustpilot to be listed, it's just a "cherry picked" review site.

this is just a scam website. i have nothing good to say about trustpilot. they have wrote to my business saying that one of my customer has left a negative reviews. they asked me to open a trustpilot account to reply to the review to put it right. i wouldn't even give a click to their website to read their fake reviews. anyway, i will report them to advertising standards agency and get a full investigation about their operational behaviour. i suggest to do the same and get them shut down

Scam !!! removed my genuine feedback for no reason (it probably is a company that pays them to keep a good feedback only)

Why do so many of my reviews, mostly good, get rejected by their Content Integrity Team. It is not fair, I just want to help others by writing a review. I emailed Trust Pilot a number of times to ask why my reviews were removed and never heard back. I think they are not trustworthy.

DON’T’ MAKE THE MISTAKE…GREEDY COMPANY WHO IS ONLY OUT FOR THEM SELFS!!! It was the biggest mistake signing up with trust pilot (trustpilot). Way too expensive, and it doesn’t really help your business AT ALL. We spent over $10k with them and have ZERO to show for it. Only good thing was a widget, but you can get that anywhere, it won't cost you $599.00 per month!!! There are way better services out there where you can actually get reviews on google, facebook, or any other site that really matter to your business and cheaper!! With a widget!! Do your research! My contract was renewed just last month, March 13th to be exact. First of all, they went up on their fees, plus, I called them on March 18th due to stopping the service because of COVID-19 / Coronavirus and they made a million excuses as they were supposedly having meetings about the COVID-19 / Coronavirus issue. I also wanted a refund. They to me back after a week and after continuously extending the time for them to get back. The verdict... no refund, and they refused to cancel my services even though I have been with them for 2 years, i have never even contacted them throughout those 2 years to cancel or anything. They really couldn’t cancel my services as a courtesy due to the COVID-19 / Coronavirus pandemic when I was just renewed that same month (4 days prior). Very unethical, I would never recommend anyone to go with them. Take my word for it, it’s not worth the rip off they charge you. You can do much better things rather than spending $6,000 for the year because they will lock you in a contract you can't get out of. DON’T MAKE THE MISTAKE. DON’T SIGN UP WITH TRUSTPILOT. P.S. Notice their reviews, they don't even practice what they preach! They barley ever reply to any of their reviews. Which if you read online, is reviews 101. its very important!!

Me and a few friends hired an coach company which costed over £1000 k, The coach company did not show up and were not being responsive. When we managed to track them down, they were extremely rude. We hired from the company, because we saw they had good reviews on trustpilot, not knowing that those reviews were fake. So me and my friends wrote down our reviews on trustpilot, to help future customers. Trust pilot kept on taking down our reviews of the company. It was a horrible experience. Since then I have never trusted them again!

Trustpilot try to give the impression that they care but they do not, they only care about what fees they get and allow honest reviews to be taken down if and allow fake reviews to stay.
