Trust pilot publish fake reviews, so don't take any notice of reviews on this site.

Persistently delete negative reviews (for their paid subscribers) so reviews are not representative. Same for their trust box widget which shows selected reviews so again totally useless if you want to see a representative sample of reviews. Why anybody would use this site I have no idea.

You can trust Trustpilot as I did to allow my review of Plenty OF Fish which Marcus has left and since then Billing has taken more money off my credit card which is using my credit card without my knowledge or authority which they won’t refund me saying my rebill was not on BUT my rebill was on so that’s why Plenty OF Fish has made Fraudulent purchase By Billing and when brought to their notice not once with Danielle but twice with Jennyfer they make their mistake confirmed it’s a felony so how do you like them Apples? So yes you can trust Trustpilot as they bring crime transparent and to the surface. What do you want to say now?

Trustpilot is the most fraudulent reviews platform. They allow persons who are not customers of a company to review. In my instance they allowed a person who was never a customer of my business to review. When we requested further details there was nothing provided. Steer clear, no legitimate proceses in place.

I have used Trustpilot to give a review. They just let the review be removed because they think my case is not real, based on nothing! So any bad reviews first need to be proven 'real' by a commercial receipt?? That is ridiculous!

I used to use and respect TrustPilot, but just of late I've had experience of them removing reviews for no other reason than that they give a company a bad rating. They send you an e-mail saying that they have reason to believe the review is not genuine and to please get in touch if you want to discuss it. However if you do then get in touch they immediately clam up and refuse point blank to discuss it. They will repeatedly send you one of several form letters saying that they can't discuss it for security reasons (which is nonsense), but won't engage with any evidence that the review is genuine. What the financial relationship is between them and the companies whose overall ratings they thus improve one can only speculate, but it means that they themselves forfeit any claim to be trustworthy.

A review site that endorses fraudulent sites . Even tho they are meant to be a review site for the purposes of the above . If they are paid enough ur review is replaced by the fraudulent company's bot reviews . Totally a scam in a scam

Complete Hypocrites. If company don't like your review, they can ask Trustpilot to remove it, doesn't matter if your are right or not. You can read my review below and decide if break Trustpilots "guidelines".

They delete bad reviews of companies which pay them, such as the mafia RMG (Residential Management Group). Don't take any notice of their reviews.

Everything about it invites and encourages scams, and arms-races between negative and positive reviews between competitors. Of course they profit from it all, which makes it very slimy. Since nothing about it is transparent, I'm certain they'll take your money to remove negative reviews of your business, or to remove positive reviews of your competitor, if the price is right.

My trustpilot review for BitPay removed &o hidden On 3rd May, 2020 a review is published on trustpilot to bitpay.com. 3 days later, 6th May, notification received the review has been taken down after being flagged by their "automated" system, or content integrity team. Reason being: unable to verify the authenticity of the review. With option to reply to the team, "always happy to help" Same day, 6th May supporting documentation sent with ~17 emails confirming accuracy, integrity and authenticity on the review. Included, same matching dates, and other facts as expressed in the review. Live transaction reference numbers appearing in the review also confirmed as per the links in supporting documents and / or emails from bitpay.com on confirmed transactions. Accurate documentation provided from this end. A follow up inquiry sent 7th May as to where the review is now correctly re-instated on the trustpilot.com website. No response. A second follow up is sent 8th May. No response. I've found Trustpilot to be a most valuable resource and often look to it for reference and background insight as to how reliable and trustworthy businesses may be before engaging. Following this experience there is now some question as to the accuracy, and integrity on the team and information provided if reviews backed by crystal clear facts are dropped. So the review is published. Then 3 days later it's dropped. Then it's 100% backed by supporting documentation. Then Trustpilot goes silent. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is the review on bitpay.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 05 Apr, 2020 after reviewing a number of crypto payment gateways, bitpay is selected primarily due to their attractive and simple offer, easy setup and relatively strait-forward integration requirements. Required information for checks, approval, and ancillary requirements is submitted. The application is approved and completed the same day, 05 Apr, 2020. So far, so good. Time and resources are allocated to proceed with the integration. Final testing is done on the 17th Apr, 2020, almost 2 weeks after signing up. 2 live transactions are processed on their payment network, as progress is made towards sign-off and finalization on the integration, as: * KYjezAXBFoN6vzRDZ26i7S * CPLkZj1DEgpwVvpyKj1eZy Literally hours before going live, the account is closed. Request for further information received as "unable to determine the type of commerce you and/or your business conducts based on the information provided on your application and/or from your website". That which is peculiar is the account was already approved (then it's unapproved). A response is sent on 19th. This is on a 3 day specified response window. A follow up is sent again, on 23rd Apr, 2020. Nothing. Non-responsive. Account closed. Gone silent. Before embarking on a sign-up and integration, be prepared in that your account may be suddenly closed without prior warning or notice. And without any response and / or resolve. And then given the "silent treatment". Mark Berchowitz
