“I would have given zero stars if I could have. Essentially they just flat out stole my money and have no intention of giving it back. I have written them atleast a dozen emails. They rarely respond and even if they do it's some babbling BS that makes no sense. I have asked for a phone call about 10 times, no response. Tried calling them and their number doesnt even work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! “2 weeks ago ,I wrote a very negative review about the international swindle dating site,named Asian date ( fake profiles written by scammers,fake and automated invitations to chat sent in chain,fake letters billed 12 dollars for reading,etc...etc).then the Russian mafia who owns and manages this huge rip-off ( as many others under the name of the financial beneficiary: Solnetworks,based in Malta to flee the taxes it should pay!) reports my review while saying that I never have had any activity in Asian date.While I even was a VIP( very idiot person I was) in this Asian date which stole to me more than 50000 dollars!So,Trust pilot cancelled my review and all the previous ones about Asian date until investigation was made and asking me to send any proof of evidence that I was an active member of Asian date.What I did by returning a scan of a Visa Card statement issued by my German bank.Since then,I never heard about Trust pilot!does it get money from the Russian mafia multinational of rip-off(Solnetworks) to delete the negative reviews?? I have serious doubts now as the Russian mafia Solnetworks will use all the means to continue to steal hundreds of millions of dollars a year!”

“I booked 5 free demo, and then 5 free customer sales call and never received an answer. All I want to know is if I buy their 599 program can I use on more than 1 site. Spoke with boy called Anton from their customer service this morning and the guy just wanted to get rid of me asap. He sent me to their legal dept!! This company is seriously bad, they do not care about their customers whatsoever.”

“I purchased £140 parrot items from scarletts parrot essentials uk, they delivered it to an oil company instead of my home, I had to sort it all out/track items down myself, and had a week of hell with phonecalls, emails, sleepless nights as to who signed for my items, and a lot of abuse and lies from her, I eventually told her to get her courier Fedex to send all back to her, and I did get a refund then pay pal tells me she cancelled, it, so I had then to provide tracking number proving she signed for her returns, paypal saw through her and go my money back off her. I put my experience on trustpilot, she lied about me, reported it and it got taken down, She got the ebay feedback taken down. Google review taken down, she was that nasty to me, I even pasted her replies to me in my review, and put tracking numbers as evidence etc etc. Trustpilot is a total disgrace, and the sooner evberybody knows they are not to be trusted the better.”

“They are crupt as hell im with a company that just lies all the time so i put it in a review and trustpilot just removed it and said i wasnt a customer the sad thing is ive been stuck with the company for over a year being ripped off so im not reviewing for them anymore its not worth it as if it dont kiss the back side of the company you are reviewing it will be removed”

“I left an honest review of a parrot supplier uk she reported it 8 times by lying about her reasons why she wanted it taken down then somebody else left a negative review after me and theirs was reported too I noticed then both our reviews disappeared! I did a lot of research and I found a group on Facebook who get paid to give false reviews in exchange for either money or fake reviews for their own companies called Trustpilot review exchange so basically Trustpilot is corrupt and unbelievable”

“Yet again, My very accurate and honest negative comment about a company i had dealings with has been removed by Trustpilot, why? because this bad company is a paying Trustpilot..hence the company is now almost a 5 star...unbelievable they can get away with it..DO NOT TRUST TRUSTPILOT.”

“Trustpilot removed my honest reviews because the company asked them to. Try to phone any time and it says no one is there to take your call and if you leave a message they will call you back. No call back after a week of trying. I email, no response except a generic message. Look at their adds. They are not there to give the public honest reviews. They make money from the companies they revue and are therefore in the pockets of those companies.”

“I checked the company/business model Blueskyamazon. Trustpilot's headline says the average score is 3 stars, but there are only 2 reviews and they each give only 1 star, hence the average is 1 star. Most people will not go through all the reviews and add up to find the average, but with 2 reviews it's easy. From here I do not trust anyting on Trustpilot...”

“It's True! Trust Pilot is an algorithmic money grabbing monster. Free speech? Nah. Respect for your experience? No. Controlled? Yes. Like all the internet big boys, it's all about Profit. If your genuine review is reported by a paid up member, it goes, deleted for ever regardless of your genuine challenge. Do you honestly believe the positive reviews for eBay, Experian, Myhermes (cynically laughs out loud at the last one). We've all been burned by lots of these internet shysters that leave an indelible mark on our psyche. Even the impartial ones are at it. Trust Pilot a new oxymoron.”

“Trustpilot deleted my reviews. ALL of them This company is not real. They will not accept any negative reviews of companies they are sponsored by. You cannot delete reviews that are real, just because they are negative. My reviews are just to warn people from buying anything from a particular online store. My real review was deleted multiple times. Companies such as Trustpilot make the shade online business even worse. Shame on you. Do not trust Trustpilot!!”
