“Wrote the below review on travel up and they pulled it. Why I wonder ?Have my suspicions about this online review site 🤔 Trustpilot u should have the option to put zero stars for reviewing purposes. My experience with the company Travel Up was brutal. Booked a hotel thru them ,hotel closed thru pandemic which is totally understandable. However Travel Up tried to swindle me out of my refund by asking me to cancel the booking which would have left me with not a leg to stand on as it was a non refundable booking if I made the cancellation. At this point I knew they were not a reputable company and initiated a chargeback. Took about 5months to win it but we stuck with it and won the chargeback. Guys my advice is don't waste too much time trying to get your money back via travel up directly GO THE CHARGEBACK route. Also there is a time limit for doing a chargeback from date of purchase so another reason to NOT delay . IMPORTANT -Even if travel up tell u you'll get your refund in my opinion its just a delay tactic used so the chargeback option is no longer an option for u !!! Guys suprise surprise travel up have reported my review on here . Ironic don't ya think they've the resources & staff to report true reviews ,but can't respond & refund customers directly!!!”

“The worst review site ever. They protect Scamsters and delete negative comments. I tried to post negative rating for https://crypto-farm.co and the review was reported and removed within a minute. Tried several times from three different mail IDs. They've blocked my Logins to Trustpilot. They go hand-in-hand with the fraudsters and scamsters. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST TRUSTPILOT. The worst thing you can do is to trust their fabulous reviews. Just type Crypto-Farm.co and you'll fund one 5 star review by Tessie. Trustpilot is the mother of all scamsters. They get paid to protect them while cheating gullible investors.”

“Trust pilot can not be trusted. Recently I put negative comments on CTX Prime which is a fraud Forex company. But I wonder how trust pilot is approving fake comments from CTX prime. After a bad review, CTX prime usually post 2 or 3 fake 5 STAR reviews to make themselves look good.”

“Why are you not showing up to date reviews for Alpharooms most of which are negative on other review sites. You seem to be showing this company as being reliable and honest,which is most certainly not a true picture, they are both totally untrustworthy and dishonest, from my own personable experience and, many others. they are both law breakers and totally incompetent.”

“Trust pilot not to be trusted. I wrote a review about company scamming as DVLA, to warn other consumers too not to be conned as I did with UK Driving Help. But what did Trustpilot do? Removed my review and protect fraud companies instead. Don't trust positive reviews on Trustpilot they protect businesses instead of consumers. Use other reviews companies instead.”

“I had a terrible experience with a company and wrote a review. Trustpilot took it down and asked for evidence that I had a shopping experience with them. I sent several documents. After one week, they wrote back saying I had to give further evidence. They allow companies to kiss their behind in order to remove real, genuine reviews by dissatisfied customers. The company is misusing the flagging system and Trustpilot is backing them up.”

“It’s a very strange site and there is no trust about it. You post a bad review and then all of a sudden you are made out to be a liar. It’s not impossible for bad reviews, as people unfortunately can have a bad experience. It’s also strange how when a bad review is posted within hours countless good or excellent reviews are posted. I don’t think this is a true reflection and there is obviously some corrupt behaviour going on and it’s unacceptable to make someone out to be a liar. If a company’s service isn’t good and you want to leave a review you shouldn’t be penalised. The company need to take the points on board and provide better service, simple as that.”

“Horrible experience As a businessman, I put my company on this company to gain genuine reviews. I gained 14 genuine reviews and they were all removed, Trustpilot claimed their SMART (apparently) system spotted something wrong. Eventhough the reviews are from genuine customers with genuine profile linked to my company, Similar bad experiences occurred with my friends, I now use google for reviews and its much more peace of mind. Please, business owners, stay away from Trustpilot.”

“They allow bogus reviews placed by the companies themselves and don’t care. You can see companies with less than 80 reviews received most in a 7 day timeframe and then you see the bad ones over a period of months after the initial bogus build up. This site cannot be trusted.”

“this firm is such a fraud. I've been working on asking clients for reviews for years, not because I wanted to use trustpilot, but a client kindly left me a review without prompt 5 years ago. I had one review on trustpilot and I was losing business because one review looked amateur. Trustpilot refused to remove the listing, so I had no choice but to embrace the platform. It takes me ages to get reviews due to the nature of business, and these crooks have deleted over 60 genuine reviews over the past 5 years, why? Because I won't pay to access their services. They act like a mob, trying to soften people up. I've had enough of their tactics, and just refuse to acknowledge them now.”

“They fake the data!! Literally had ant bad review I wrote on that site taken down by Trustpilot. Basically call you a liar. I have proved my experiences I review to them many times, but each time they eventually flag it up and tell you "no" I'm quite shocked. I think better fake the reviews to be blunt.”
