“I had a very bad experience with a company called incassocenter.nl; so I wrote a review on Trustpilot, but they removed it twice, because ' I have nog direct contect with the compony'. this is total bull, beacuse I handed them all papers, with all information, but they still act like there is no info in the offered pieces. This review I wrote had only caused thet I have a bigger problem with Incassocenter. Trustpilot just seems to let it go and they do not help; they help the crooks of Incassocenter. I have spent too much time for totally nothing, and now the problem is worse and the company it considers laughs behind my back. So, as I always was a big fan of Trustpilot, now that I have truly got to know their way of working, they suck in a major way, only costs time and they make everyting worse. Best regards.”

“I wish I could give no stars. I have written a few reviews on trustpilot, all of them good. Then I wrote one bad review, justified and proven, only to have it removed because the company I bought from, said I never made a purchase. I provided proof of purchase, but the review has still been blocked. Trustpilot is owned by the companies they protect. Do not trust Trustpilot, it has paying customers and protects them, to protect it's profit. Sad.”

“Are these people still in business? definitely one review site full of fake reviews, I know, they carry a glowing review undertaken by the company director of a local company. I find it pays to use checkatrade these days (at least they are honest reviews).”

“Truspilot works with many of the fake companies in India, China and other BAD companies. Reviews are constantly removed as per the company receiving the reviews. You should not TRUST TRUSPILOT.COM at all.”

“Trustpilot removed my review and the reviews of others over a bad software product called Vanspace 3D. Of 29 reviews 72% were bad, and the good ones I suspect we're a scam. It seems if a company gets enough bad reviews they can start paying money to Trustpilot and have them removed. I'll never use them again.”

“Whether your write a positive or negatieve review you always get flaged and taken of the website. If positive you need a purchase document, if negative you need to send shipping documents. Companies involved evan complain about the tone of the review and then it is taken of aswell. Why bother at all to warn customers on this site? I will not buy at a website again that is trusted by Trustpilot.”

“Trustpilot automatically delete any review I make of the fake management company Residential Management Group (RMG) because RMG automatically complain about any reviews they get. However, when genuine victims of the RMG mafia complain about the absurd and manifestly fake reviews of RMG that employees make, the 'reviews' remain. Trustpilot are wholly corrupt.”

“Corrupt, inept, biased, pointless. Genuine reviews are removed by companies by claiming that they are offensive. Trustpilot are part of the problem. Too many companies get away with fleecing the general public. Our pants a ripped down, mammoth bills enshrouded by lies are rammed up our arses fat end first with no lube. Then our ball bags are ripped from behind us and stretched over our heads backwards. Should be aptly named NoTrustpilot. Wankers”

“Con! Allows companies to delete genuine reviews and doesn't do anything regarding blatantly fake reviews posted by employees. See RMG living for instance. One of the several fake good reviews is from one of the company directors!”

“I wrote a legitimate review about an insurance company on Trust Pilot and they removed the review at the request of the company who say I was not a genuine customer. I've now had to send them proof that I was a customer. However based on my research of Trust Pilot I'm not holding out that they will reinstate my review. How can they get away with this?! They were set up for customers to review businesses to build trust for those businesses. This type of behaviour is criminal. And the fact they are called 'Trust' pilot makes it all the more despicable.”

“I wrote a strongly negative review on Trustpilot, about a company I thought responsible for appalling customer service. It disappeared. I asked Trustpilot. They responded that the reviewee was "In a relationship with Trustpilot to improve its customer relationships" , so my review was "not relevant". They have censored or eliminated several of my reviews since; so I've given up bothering with them. They're just a commercial 'ramp' for dodgy suppliers trying to improve their reputation. DO NOT TRUST TRUSTPILOT !”

“I published a genuine well researched review warning people of aN infamous financial criminal operation run By the worst of the worst. Trustpilot took it off at the behest of the scammers. But all the fake review written by the scammers themselves remain. How do I know there’re fake. They all look like they’ve been written by the same illiterate hand. The content is repetitive and the same solecisms, grammatical errors and misspelt words litter the fake reviews. Any idiot can see they’re fake - except for the hapless Trustpilot team. Remove the genuine reviews and leave the fake ones - play enabler to criminals and scammers. Trust is a flawed business model - it needs to go.”

“Trustpilot made a decision to NOT post my review of an online fashion company. I received this email: “Your review of ——- has been flagged by our software or our Content Integrity Team because we’ve been unable to verify the authenticity of it. That means we’ve removed your review from our platform. Note that it’s not deleted, but it’s no longer visible online and won’t count towards the rating of ——-.” I am waiting to see if they will authenticate my review, which is FACTUAL.”
