“My complaint has been going on now for at least 3 weeks maybe more and still hasn't been resolved studio have been absolutely dreadful all i want to do is send my parcel back they were supposed to come last Friday 19th i sat in all day no collection ive spoke to them today at 12:45 they said they would ring me back in 2 hours im still waiting absolute waste of time very ANNOYING and im very ANGRY and upset”

“This company can not be trusted, paying businesses can flag reviews and have them removed. Not only is this unfair to smaller businesses but there is pressure for businesses to use Trustpilot and even pay them.”

“I’ve done many reviews of different companies, good and bad. Every time I add a bad one, it gets removed for some reason or other. Fake site and cannot be trusted.”

“Trustpilot in their "Panic" to remove anything they don't like remove perfectly valid critical reviews of big companies and don't give you opportunity to prove your experience or anything. I tried to leave a critical review of a certain large company and I had only ever left positive reviews before for other companies. I was immediately reprimanded by Trustpilot for "fake reviews". I didn't get the chance to validate my experience and I simply got a message insisting that I can't use Trustpilot. So really I think what this shows is that they're just a platform which sucks up to big-business interests and don't care about anything objective.”

“Trustpilot è gratuito per i consumatori che pubblicano recensioni, ma è a pagamento per le imprese che vogliono iscriversi al fine di rispondere alle recensioni pubblicate. Quindi Trustpilot non è imparziale, poichè viene da sè che ha un occhio di riguardo per le imprese, ed ecco perchè molte recensioni negative vengono eliminate (addirittura a volte gli interi account, senza nemmeno il preavviso, di chi pubblica molte recensioni negative). Praticamente il fine ultimo di Trustpilot è quello di far apparire online una vetrina per le imprese che possano esibire le loro recensioni positive e quindi farsi pubblicità in tal modo. Non è dunque un caso se Trustpilot prenda di mira le recensioni negative e chi le pubblica. Ecco perchè Io consiglio sempre di non pubblicare le recensioni soltanto su questo sito, ma pubblicarle anche su altri più seri, tipo FB, Google Business, Play store, Malavida, Apkpure, HelloPeter, Smart.reviews, Sitejabber, MouthShut, Opinioni.it, RecensioneItalia.it e, ovviamente, Reviews.io”

“Because companies pay them they remove genuine reviews they're incompetent invalids and only care about what money they get not about keeping genuine reviews up for people to see. Complete and utterly useless”

“They accept good reviews but not bad by companies who pay them to have the bad reviews drawn out through a pointless checking system. I deleted my whole account which meant those companies with good reviews lost out to the company with bad reviews, therefore noone wins.”

“Animed... I ordered a 7.5kg bag of James Welbeloved yesterday.. Having tried 5 stores but all out if stocks...I went on the Animed website..and found my purchase strait away...it has been picked . and am awaiting my delivery.. Very pleased with the the company..AND over the moon with the price ..highly reconend you guys... Thankyou...”

“It is a real scam. Increase positive reviews to companies that have high turnover and with an algorithm delete negative reviews, so that they will be positive. Be careful not to rely on reviews as they are not truthful.”
