Holiday 2021 Dear Sir/Madam I would like to share with you my holiday experience at Park Dean Newquay. Like most people ,we had an holiday in England this year. We looked at what everyone had to offer and chose you. I am a full time Wheelchair User, Spinal Cord C5/6 (Paralyzed From The Chest Downwards). You seem to offer a holiday that would suit my needs with your adaptive caravan. Going on holiday is a military operation, we have to plan extensively, so at the time of booking I asked all the questions I needed to ask and Was told that the holiday was “Was Fit For Purpose”. We were told that on arrival that our caravan would be available from 4pm. When we went to unload our luggage,, our caravan had not been cleaned. We returned at 5.30 pm and the cleaners were just leaving and said that we could move in. On entry, we were upset because the caravan was still very dirty and the Manager ordered a reclean. Caravan very dirty and worn, even public hairs in the shower tray, basin and toilet. I use a portable hoist and on at least three occasions I rang to check that the caravan bed could accommodate the hoist and was told no problem. When checking the bed, it was a standard bed in a “accessible” caravan. The Manager sent a handyman to adapt the bed, so the bed and hoist could put me to bed and get me up again. The TV only had two channels, once again the handyman came back but could not do anything with it. It was a very expensive caravan, it was sited at the very top of the park, making it really difficult to get up and down in my wheelchair. The club house restaurant served dried pizza ect. In cardboard boxes. Not my idea of a restaurant. Swimming was very restricted, even closed for lunch and sometimes didn't reopen that day. Night entertainment was really poor and on three occasions closed at 10.30pm. The security guard even put chains on the fire doors. I do have photos of all the problems. Park Dean was/is not fit for purpose, check the Watch Dog reports on YouTube. Ps. I could not even go and voice my concerns, has the Reception Door was not wide enough and there was a bar at the bottom of the door, so could not have got in anyway. If you want a lovely holiday, maybe give Park Dean a miss. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.

I don't believe a lot of the reviews on here are genuine. Too often there are a bunch of glowing reviews all similar and posted on the same day and following a lot of negative genuine sounding reviews. 🙄 Also they give 4 stars for example to a company despite loads of very bad reviews about them on trust pilot 🤔

Trustpilot sells its review services and therefore picks and chooses which to keep. Even when they are informed they are wrong and are sent proof, they STILL choose to not do the right thing.

Absolute trash website. Have provided proof of a scammer leaving a 1star review against our business and trust pilot refuse to remove it. It’s literally in black & white that it is from someone trying to commit fraud. Beyond me why anyone would pay these con artists and their pricing is a joke in itself, got to pay them so people can leave reviews about your products that you sell 🤣. Unless you pay them then they will remove reviews at your request

I agree. Trust Pilot are a bunch of scammers themselves. If a company pays them enough they get their way. I leave honest reviews and when they email me saying I need to provide proof, I provide it and they still have an issue and delete my posts. Something needs to be done.

These scum are worse than the people I was trying to warn other buyers off of! They remove negative reviews they don’t like saying they’re not authentic even when you have the order number/ case dispute right in the title!

I wrote a review based on a company that my late father used for his mobility scooter insurance. I wrote this review back in June 2019. Now they've taken it down and want me to proceed I had this interaction with the company. They did not explain why they removed my review. It was a positive review based on my experience. I cannot see where I have broken any rules. When I asked for their decision to be reviewed they didn't offer an explanation. They expect me to find evidence of a phone call I made 2½ years ago

Trustpilot removes bad reviews at the business's request, no questions asked, regardless of the fact that you have provided the evidence (requested by them) to verify validity. Naturally, they don't inform you that the review has been "moved offline", despite claiming that they will notify you of the outcome, you just discover it by chance. And all of this is carried out by the "Content Integrity" department - who knew the Danes had such a great sense of irony?! There are two definitions of integrity: 1)the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles, 2)the state of being whole and undivided. I think Trustpilot are referring to the second of these.

Trustpilot appears to me to be a total scam. They take down bad reviews for their advertisers and suspend reviewer accounts as "spam". Completely untrustworthy!!

My reviews were taken down at merchants' request. Trustpilot reviews and those merchants are no longer trustworthy to me. It's just too easy for businesses/services to remove reviews. I completely agree with some of the comments below: Trustpilot is a scam company and you shouldn't waste your time writing reviews there.

Too many fake reviews, too much collusion with the businesses that pay to have their reviews taylored to reflect falsely on the true nature of their bad business practices. It's all too obvious and just goes to show you how untrustworthy and greedy these internet companies can be. Trustpilot has does nothing more than further damage my already overbearing sense of distrust with the internet in general. Companies like Trustpilot are ruining the internet for everyone else.

This is one of the worst companies to work with. Years of them helping to destroy companies by allowing anyone to leave reviews about businesses. True 5 star ratings are removed and 1 star ratings are kept up. While we have never solicited costs for their services we have read enough about others getting all types of costs. We are sure that if paid them they would remove the negative reviews but we will not go that far. This company needs to be stopped!

Trustpilot is an oxymoron - nothing on there can be trusted at all. Anything that is remotely negative will not be tolerated by them. My last 6 REVIEWS have been rejected as they have negative content. Strange that not one positive review has been challenged in 7 years?? I have closed my account as i do not wish to waste another second. It is clear they are in business to please their fee paying customers and anything negative is rejected so giving a hugely false positive score. Profit is the primary driver and to hell consumer and poor service. They are now truly unfit for purpose.

Trust Pilot is not only worthless, they are also in cahoots with partners like Xapier. They refuse to allow real reviews of them to be placed and all of them get deleted. When you appeal with actual proof such as the screenshots I added here, they do NOT reply. We will try to expose them but if a review place is selective in what they place or not in their network, its not a real review outlet but then again, Trust Pilot is not viable. Whem is the time when anyone went to it forst. The only time you find anything out about anyone is after you get screwed. These reviews are worthless. They create them themselves. They take down or delete and censor any partner. Its a conflict to have partners integrated in the platform and then whomever is NOT able to write a real review about it. And, then in essence help someone not go through the waste of time and money. Trust Pilot would rather people find out the hard way that places like Zapier are a scam. Which then I guess makes trust pilot a scam. But again, what a review outlet takes 100% of partner reviews down? I added 4 different ones from 4 different accounts spread out over many days and Trust Pilot deleted them all. 100%. They dont even try to fake it. In a world where there are so many scum bags, we have to find laws to stop people from selling product that never works and then you have people like Trust Pilot trying to manipulate the search queries so people do NOT know about the scams. Which is all a scam. Overall, when they ask you to authenticate it and then when you do with a picture of the account and the mishap, and they still ignore you? Thats weak. Trust Pilot does the opposite of what review networks should do. Most of them are just done by the people themselves. The ones with the best of lists. They are not real either. You and I could make those pages with our companies at the top of every list. Its all one big scam...I wish these people would back to the dark web.
