“Trustpilot is an oxymoron - nothing on there can be trusted at all. Anything that is remotely negative will not be tolerated by them. My last 6 REVIEWS have been rejected as they have negative content. Strange that not one positive review has been challenged in 7 years?? I have closed my account as i do not wish to waste another second. It is clear they are in business to please their fee paying customers and anything negative is rejected so giving a hugely false positive score. Profit is the primary driver and to hell consumer and poor service. They are now truly unfit for purpose.”

“Trust Pilot is not only worthless, they are also in cahoots with partners like Xapier. They refuse to allow real reviews of them to be placed and all of them get deleted. When you appeal with actual proof such as the screenshots I added here, they do NOT reply. We will try to expose them but if a review place is selective in what they place or not in their network, its not a real review outlet but then again, Trust Pilot is not viable. Whem is the time when anyone went to it forst. The only time you find anything out about anyone is after you get screwed. These reviews are worthless. They create them themselves. They take down or delete and censor any partner. Its a conflict to have partners integrated in the platform and then whomever is NOT able to write a real review about it. And, then in essence help someone not go through the waste of time and money. Trust Pilot would rather people find out the hard way that places like Zapier are a scam. Which then I guess makes trust pilot a scam. But again, what a review outlet takes 100% of partner reviews down? I added 4 different ones from 4 different accounts spread out over many days and Trust Pilot deleted them all. 100%. They dont even try to fake it. In a world where there are so many scum bags, we have to find laws to stop people from selling product that never works and then you have people like Trust Pilot trying to manipulate the search queries so people do NOT know about the scams. Which is all a scam. Overall, when they ask you to authenticate it and then when you do with a picture of the account and the mishap, and they still ignore you? Thats weak. Trust Pilot does the opposite of what review networks should do. Most of them are just done by the people themselves. The ones with the best of lists. They are not real either. You and I could make those pages with our companies at the top of every list. Its all one big scam...I wish these people would back to the dark web.”

“Trustpilot take down genuine negative reviews but leave a plethora of fake positive reviews up. Their “integrity team” who verify negative reviews are completely incompetent. In particular, Jose M in the screenshot is a moron. A review on trustpilot is worthless because of how it is all manipulated. Do not trust what you see on that website.”

“After being scammed by an all inclusive holiday co ( loveholiday.com), I contacted truspilot to expose their scam, All their messages, online chat are bot messaging, they also bot hundreds of fake 5 stars reivews on trust pilot to lure future victims. I exposed the scam to trust pilot, but they are not stoping the fake reviews, which only leads to more people being scammed by loveholidays..”

“A business owner is verbaly abusing online his paid customers in live chat-comes on microphone and bullies and threatens. Trustpilot asked for documentation. How does one document random rants and bullying of the owner on the live microphone? I offered testmony of other current customers that witnessed this but they would not accept it.”

“This is soley based on the casino reviews. The positive reviews on lot of online casinos are fake. I've witnessed myself these sites offering you free spins to give a good review. How can you trust any positive rating? What's more disturbing is a few of these sites actually break UKGC regulations but people are fooled by the positive reviews. Definitely don't have any trust for trust pilot anymore!”

“It should be called 'UN-trustable pilot.' So many times I have invites from companies, and so many times Trustpilot have removed them for no reason, other than it is something to do with integrity. One can only assume they are getting money for positive reviews and they limit not-so-positive ones.”

“Trustpilot is not a genuine review site I always thought it was until I have posted 2 reviews under different email addresses because TRUSTPILOT keep deleting my DPD genuine reviews including genuine parcel tracking numbers. I WILL NEVER REVIEW ANY COMPANIES ON TRUSTPILOT EVER AGAIN.”

“They allow anyone to put a mark against companies without any verification of having done business with that company whatsoever. Google reviews work similarly, but they don't carry the same weight as those from Trustpilot, who claim to be all about authenticity. A genuine request to remove two completely fraudulent reviews was met with total indifference - in fact, I was encouraged to complete the bogus profile page that was set up for the review!”
