On several occasions, I and many others have received torn pants and dirty clothes, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, there have been multiple instances where fake products were delivered, and money was taken through Cash on Delivery (COD), despite the products being completely different from what was shown. This is not just about money—it’s about safety, trust, and ensuring that customers don’t fall victim to fraudulent activities. Such experiences are especially concerning for families, elderly people, kids and those who rely on Meesho for honest service. I strongly urge Meesho to take strict action: 1. Block or remove fraudulent sellers immediately. 2. Implement better verification and quality checks before sellers are approved. 3. Ensure stricter product inspection before delivery. 4. Prevent fraudulent activities, especially with COD, and ensure that the products delivered match the descriptions accurately. Please take this matter seriously and work towards making Meesho a safer and more reliable platform for all users.”
