“Worst exchange policy! I have recently received gifts for my newborn baby, unfortunately the person that gifted these has lost the slip. Truworths refuses to exchange them for larger sizes without the receipt even thou items have tags ect. I have changed both edgers and woolworths items and have not received such pathetic service. I will certainly not return to Truworths! They should be moving with time.. forward and not backwards! I'm now forced to sit with items that will never fit my baby. What a waste.”
“I am very much disappointed with Truworth I ordered SKU50247826 online paid with my credit card on the 3rd of August for my niece. I selected store pick up, to my surprise the store never received my order. still have not received the order yet, they never called to apologize for nothing. their response was "our technicians are working on it." they don't value customers.
I have always thought that they were professionals, I guess I was wrong.
