“I have not gotten any calls for my rental unit. The platform is difficult to use and hard to navigate. It's as if I don't even have my unit listed anywhere at all.”

If you are ever having any difficulties navigating TurboTenant, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Support Team at support@turbotenant.com or via chat within your landlord account. They are always happy to answer any questions you might have. I went ahead and took a look at your account and found that your properties are not being actively marketed online. When you're in your account, press the "Properties" button on the left side of the screen. This button will take you to your properties where you can turn marketing on or off. If you wish to market them at this time, hit the "Start Marketing Online" button found under the overview of each property. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
