“The platform is great. The one feature that it really needs, is an integrated showing tool, where I can tell the tool the dates and time ranges available for showing and I can invite leads that complete the pre-screening questionaire to pick a date/time slot. The tool should remind them a day before and hour before the appointed time by email and text. Leads should be able to edit or cancel their reserved showing at any time.”

“I have had over 30 leads, they all want more information and the available date. Most think it's a house for rent or an apartment. WTF I have sent messages to every lead, have had three contact me. I have tried to go in and up date the information on my had, with no luck signing in. I'm not sure if these leads are phoney, or what the hell is going on. I'm done with your site. do not contact me.”

“Wow! This service is nothing short of amazing. Being a first time landlord was a bit confusing, not knowing where to find leases and signed documents. Turbo tenant makes that very easy and is a one stop shop for everything! I highly recommend this service to everyone.”

“when I have listed with turbo tenant it has taken at least 3 days to get my first response. while Market place I start getting activity right away. When I make an attempt to contact some one they have not responded most of the time.”
