“I wish you had a quicker customer service response. You really shouldn't say you 24 hr responds. Everything is an add on cost. It gets tiresome and I feel like I have 'nickled and dimed.”

At high volume times, there may be delays, but generally, our team is able to respond to customer requests within 24 hours. Regarding add-on costs, while our all-in-one property management software is completely free, we do have some items available for purchase, such as our State-Specific Lease Agreements, Forms Pack, and TurboPay. “TurboTenant is an excellent platform for marketing, vetting interests in your property and even the application process. It's like everything a landlord needs in the same convenient place. The messaging with the potential interests and even the message notifications are so convenient. I also appreciate that TurboTenant posts my listing on so many different sites!”

“I didn't rent it through Turbo Tenant, but I thought I received a lot of calls from the ads. It was easy to remove the ad and not difficult to add it. I only wish the people would have told more about themselves before I had to email them. I like to call the prospective tenant, but they didn't have their phone number most to fhte time.”
