“ My first time using Turo was very good! Although I will never rent from “Afaf” (White Nissan Rogue) again my experience with the company was good. I went over mileage which was no problem paying & I did end up taking care of but this lady submitted a bogus report that I smoked in the vehicle & I don’t even smoke! Nor did my 16 year old that was the only other passenger in the car! She even submitted the report & said she had evidence but never provided any evidence to the company or myself. I disputed the charges & I Thank Turo for fully investigating & having those charges removed. I hate that the recent tragedies have occurred while using vehicles operated through Turo because it’s actually a quick, convenient & reliable way of helping customers in need of reliable transportation! I will continue to use this service in the near future as well as refer family and friends! ”

Smooth fast transactions, off course there will be unhappy people but just found out the happy ones usually give rating on the app itself but not on this site which I just came across. ”
