“Twinkl has made our lives so much easier but any time I have an issue their response is always immediate and efficient. I have had to contact them for several issues over the years, mainly login or subscription. Recently, I contacted them about the free planner and flask and this was sorted immediately. Staff are always polite and friendly - like they know you personally.

“I’ve had the promise of a refund on 3 occasions now since the end of December 2023. All of which I was advised would clear my account in 5-7 working days. Each time no refund has been received and I just keep receiving the same email when I chase.
I’ve raised it as fraudulent activity with my bank.
Let’s hope it’s 3rd time lucky though I sincerely doubt it. My advise is do not subscribe.”

“I recently requested a refund of my subscription fee as I have paused my teaching career and did not realise that I had to cancel my annual membership. I am most impressed with the help I received from Jade and Kate. The response and feedback was very quick and Kate also noted that I have seven months of unused Ultimate membership, and should I decide to return to teaching, these months can be added back on to the account at no additional charge. I had asked for Twill company to stop membership
Instead they deducted fees for the month of January and stopped my membership on 3rd of March.
They have been slow in responding to emails as well.Really disappointed with the customer service response.
