I had asked for Twill company to stop membership
Instead they deducted fees for the month of January and stopped my membership on 3rd of March.
They have been slow in responding to emails as well.Really disappointed with the customer service response.

“Twinkl is great for teacher resources. I've been enjoying them for years. Then I had to leave to have a family. I emailed them and they replied very quickly (even around Christmas) and helped me with a partial refund. Jade and Kate even emailed me within a couple of days when I had not replied to remind me.”
