“I've been a Twinkl subscriber for around five years now and can only give a good review on all criteria. Not only do they provide excellent material to use as supplement material in my ESL lessons, but their support is also tremendously helpful. Recently, the school where I work provided a Twinkl account for their teacher; I had no reason to use my account. Unfortunately, I neglected to inform Twinkl not to renew my subscription before the annual deduction for my subscription was taken from my account. When I wrote to support, they responded and passed my case to a manager, and within three days, my case was solved, and three days later, I reserved a full refund.
