“I first contacted customer support to get my account out of their system as I wasn't using Twinkl services anymore, this is what I wrote:
Subject: Request to Unsubscribe from Communications
Dear Twinkl Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to let you know that I’ve decided to stop using the Twinkl website and will no longer be accessing your resources.
As such, I kindly ask that you remove me from any mailing lists or promotional communications moving forward.
Thank you for your time and understanding. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if there are any issues or further steps I need to take.

they responded immediately (one minute later) replying with:

none of their following matters on the list was one of the ones that I was experiencing so I decided to wait for a member of the Twinkl team to contact me. In less then two minutes I was emailed this by a lovely individual named Kate:

Even if you're not using the British National Curriculum, it can be used with other curriculums. Resources are well prepared and able to engage the students. Customer Service was also excellent.
