“Wonderful. I have found Twinkl to be really conscientious and creative in improving diversity/representation in their resources.
There's a lot of unnoticed(?) white-male bias in learning material from so many different Western organisations/institutions, but when I pointed out some issues and oversights to Twinkl (e.g. author wordsearch where every author was white, famous scientists resource where all the scientists were white and most of them were men), the Twinkl resource team improved the representation in their resources (usually within days, occasionally overnight).
Representation matters, diversity is a good thing, and Twinkl really care about this. Thanks.”

“A brilliant resource for me as a preschool teacher, a childminder, a supportive mum of 2 through junior school, a parent through lockdown and then a 11+ mum. I’ve had various levels membership plans depending on our needs over the last 6 years.Just had to use customer service for the 1st time to stop the auto renewal as it’s my last year as both kids will be at senior school and when using a mobile device you can’t hit the right button to deselect it. It was fantastic customer service and dealt with quickly and efficiently over email.”
“They have been double charging me for months. I’ve sent them copies of the duplicate transactions from my card. They say they can’t find my transactions in their system. Not my problem - they have copies of the transactions. No offers of repayment just continuing to charge and “my manager will back to you in 3 days” nonsense. One wonders whether the overcharge is a deliberate ploy on the basis that amount is small enough not to be noticed. A nice little fraud.”
